Coconut Oil Carrot And Honey Mask:

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon coconut cream or coconut oil

4 drops of almond, apricot, avocado or olive oil

1/2 a mashed carrot, sweet potato or a little carrot juice (if you want to splash out just a little and really boost this recipe, add 5 drops of carrot seed oil for extra stimulation and a healthy glow).

1 small chocolate bar
