Energy Drink Reviews

If you are needing to boost your energy but feel overwhelmed when researching all of the products, you are not alone. There are a lot of products on the market right now that claim to boost your energy.

If you have looked at the energy drink market, that alone is overwhelming. There are several drinks on the market, FRS Healthy Energy, Red Bull, Monster, are just naming a few. How do you know which ones work? How do you know which ones are good for you or not good for you? How do you know which ones taste good? Well keep reading and I will give you my reviews of those products.

Let's start with Red Bull. A regular can of Red Bull contains 160 calories, 0g of fat, 30g of sugar, 0g of fiber, and does not contain vitamins A or C. However, it does contain B vitamins and 1g of protein. In my opinion this is not very healthy. The sugar will boost your energy but you will probably crash after a few hours. The worst part of the product is the taste.

Monster is another energy drink that contains 100 calories, 0g of fat, 27g of sugar, 0g of fiber, and no vitamin A. It does contain vitamins vitamins C and B vitamins. One huge problem is that if you drink a whole can, you can double all of those numbers. Yes, a serving size is 1/2 a can or 8 oz. The taste is okay, but that is a lot of sugar and calories.

FRS healthy energy is another energy drink. I will base the following information off of the lemon lime 11.5 oz. regular FRS drink. It contains 130 calories, 0g of fat, 29g of sugar, 2g of fiber, vitamins E, C, and B. It also contains quercetin a natural antioxidant found in fruits and vegetables that increases energy naturally in our body. The drink also contains other antioxidants found in green tea leaves. The natural antioxidants will keep your energy up for 16 hours. This company also carries low calorie options, which means low calorie and low sugar content. If you are like me and usually do not like the taste of energy drinks, FRS offers several different flavors.

As you can see they all have their draw backs. I recommend FRS because it is more health focused. You can get the energy you need from the drink plus get added vitamins and antioxidants to keep you healthy. The choice is up to you, read the facts and see which one works best for your needs.
