How to Create Your Reality With Belief and Passion

"Whether you believe you can or you believe you can not, you're right either way" – Henry Ford

In 1954, Roger Banister was the first man to run the one mile run in less than 4 minutes. Until then, for thousands of years, it was widely accepted by doctors and scientists that breaking this 4-minute barrier is impossible.

In Roger's own words, "It was widely believed that trying to break the 4-minute barrier is suicide." So, naturally, when I got up on my feet after having collapsed at the finish line, I assumed I was dead . " Roger broke that limiting barrier of belief. He made himself do the "impossible" .

He did not just with physical training, but also through mental training. He repeatedly "viewed" the act of breaking the barrier in his imagination many many times, and he did it with such passion, that breaking that barrier became a fact in his mind.

The important thing in his breakthrough was its impact on others.

In all of human history, no one has ever broken that barrier before Roger did. In fact, the belief in this barrier was so great that experts on the subject backed it up with alleged scientific proof, saying it was a physical impossibility. So, "surprisingly" , that was the reality at the time.

In the year following Roger's achievement, 37 other runners broke the barrier. And the year after that, 300 additional runners repeated that achievement!

Through Roger's conviction and conviction, he was able to realize his vision, and achieve the "impossible."

Thus affecting and inspiring thousands of other athletes, who were driven to surpass their own records.

That's the power of belief. It creates the reality around us, for better or worse.

You choose which reality you create in your life and which limits you place for yourself.

In the words of Martin Luther King, "Belief is taking the first step, even when you can not see the whole picture" . Are you ready to take that first step? Are you willing to create your own reality?

Are you ready to take the red pill? To let go of your fears, jump into the rabbit hole and see how deep it goes?

The editor rejected the artist's application for a job as an illustrator in his newspaper, and told him: "You do not possess any creative talent nor do you have original ideas . "

That young artist's name was Walt Disney who later went on to build an empire.

There's no doubt that in the early days of the 20th century, it was not realistic to believe in building an entire world of fantasy based on illustrated characters, which will bring joy to so many children and adults. But Walt Disney possessed a sense of confidence, which other people did not, and his optimism changed the reality for all of us.

Hundreds of millions of people all over the world grew up with the magical world of Walt Disney, a world that originated from one man's dream.

The belief that accompanied him through his path to success was:

"If I can dream it, then I can do it!"

Take the initiative. Break your limiting beliefs. The choice is yours.

It's your life. Live it well.

Sincerely yours,

Daniel Schweitzer
