How to Get Sexy Abs in No Time

Like every year summer is coming closer and clothes become smaller and shorter with every passing week. Who would not be glad to have sexy abs, which you can show off at the beach and impress the other gender with.

There are some basic and simple training units everyone can do from home to get its abs in form in no time.

First of all: Hundreds of sit ups and crunches do not do the trick. The stomach has five major muscles which all need to be trained to get sexy abs. Do not get me wrong, crunches and sit ups are still a good exercise, but not only.

Second of all: In order to make your sexy abs visible you need to loose your belly fat, which covers the abs of most people. Therefore you need to have a healthy lifestyle (healthy nutrition, no cigarettes and alcohol) and regular exercise (cardio and weight loss training).

While exercising to loose your belly fat you can already start training your abs with the following exercises:

1. The Plank: Lie face down on the ground on your forearms -Push yourself off the ground and stay on your elbows and toes -Stay completely straight and flat like a plank -Hold this position for 30-60 seconds and repeat the exercise 3 times

2. The Vacuum: Relax and inhale deeply the air around you -Exhale slowly and while this try to suck your belly in and to bring your belly bottom close to your spine -Your muscles contract. Hold for 10 seconds -Let go and repeat 5 times

3. The Bicycle Exercise Lie with your back on the floor -Put your hands behind your head and pull your knees in a 45-degree angle up -Start making a bicycle movement with your feed and touch the opposite elbow with your knee (right elbow with left knee and left knee with right elbow) -Breathe relaxed during the whole exercise and stop when you can not continue

Do these exercises around 3 times a week, combine them with some sit ups and crunches and live a healthy life and you are on your way to sexy abs with the speed of light.
