3 Ways to Create a Motivational Collage

One powerful collage theme is motivation! But in order to create a motivational theme you first need to write down a goal. Start with a simple goal that relates to something personal that you are working to toward.

For example, I often have freshmen students in beginning art classes create a goal collage on their major. Where do they want to go? Where do they see their selves after graduation.

Consider the following 3 simple steps.

1. Sort and gather images that will motivate you to reach a goal. For example, if you are remodeling your house only gather those images that relate to that process. This would not be the collage that has images of your last birthday party.

2. Think possible not impossible

It is easy to get discouraged when doing your collage if you think about cost and other limitations. Stay focused on your dream. It can happen. That is why you are creating a collage with a goal in mind.

3. Have fun!

Think out of the box. Mix your images with powerful and inspiring words that will help you achieve your goals,

So write out your goals. Start searching for your images and get started.

If you need help doing goal setting I have a great coach for you.

Send an email to cegoals@aol.com. She will work with you to create solid goal statements using the SMART method. That stands for specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and tangible.

And remember you can always contact me for any suggestions on your collage making process.

When Your Marble Tiles Start to Fade – What to Do

Marble is one of the most stunning forms of stone that was first used for sculpture. Over the years, this hard crystalline metamorphic rock has already been used as building materials, such as tiles.

Marbles are one variety of calcite which are capable of being polished and used for different ornamental and architectural purposes. Its color greatly varies from black to white, and even sometimes red, green, and yellow. They are often beautifully clouded or veined. And because it is porous, it can easily be stained or etched in acid.

Caring for your Tiles

To maintain your tiles, occasionally wash its surfaces with lukewarm water and then wipe them dry with a clean piece of cloth. To avoid streaks, wipe the surface with a damp chamois. Depending on the soil it is placed on, wash your marble tiles with a solution of warm water and dish-washing detergent at least one or twice in a year. Rinse and wipe them dry to achieve a better outcome.

If you notice your marble tiles starting to fade, lightly coat them with wax. Although this is not advised for constant use, waxing marble tiles can help regain is shine while also protecting its surface.

If they are white though, avoid waxing them as they tend to appear yellowish in the long run. Also, try applying a marble sealer to clean them. The sealer will help protect the tiles from staining, thus allowing soil to be easily wiped off using a damp cloth.

Special Cleaning

Marble tiles, when they start to fade and appear already dull, can still be livened up with the use of commercial polish and cleaners. You can obtain these special cleaning products from companies that sell marble.

Normally, these companies carry a wide variety of imported tile polish-cleaners that are normally used on soft imported marbles. Hence, they are safe to use and clean for harder US marbles. Aside from being effective in restoring the luster, these special cleaning agents work easier and faster than those conventional care kits used before.

You can also use putty powder or tin oxide to polish dulled tiles, or when the tiles’ surfaces are etched. You can rub them on the surface using a clean damp cloth, making sure to fold and refold the cloth to clean damp areas. An electric polisher should be used to buff the tiles. However, finding tin oxide or putty powder is very find. If you cannot find these, faded marble can still be restored with the help of people who are in the business of making and selling tombstones.

Stained Marble Tiles

To remove stain from tiles, make a wrapping out of a white absorbent material like a blotter, napkin, a facial tissue, or a paper towel, dampened with chemicals that help dissolve stains. You can find these chemicals from your local hardware or marble tile distributors.

If you notice your marble tiles starting to fade, don’t fret. There are still ways to restore that shine. Contact your local tile distributor if you think you can no longer restore them on your own. They have products and professionals to help you with these concerns.

The Dream Maker X-100 Portable Spa Hot Tub is a 5 person spa which is portable for convenience, easy to set up yet still packs in plenty of power with its high performance pump and hydrotherapy jets. Can the dream maker make your dreams come true or does it fall short? Read on further to find out.

Features of Dream Maker X-100 Portable Spa Hot Tub

  • Five person seating capacity
  • State of the art BALBOA digital controls
  • 5 hydrotherapy jets with side air controls
  • Lightweight and 100% portable
  • 1.5 horse power pump and motor
  • 110 volts operation
  • Full foam insulation for lower operating costs

Five person seating capacity

If you’re looking for a hot tub for your family then the Dream Maker is ideal with its 5 person seating capacity. It can become too cramped with 5 adults though however so if you’re not looking for a family spa then I’d recommend this for no more than 4 adults.

Lightweight and 100% portable

Weighing only 190 pounds, the Dream Maker X-100 is both lightweight and portable giving you the convenience to move it to your desired location when you fancy a change. If you have sufficient room in your home, you can even bring it inside in the winter so you can live the dream all year round. If you do bring it indoors, ensure that you put it on a very solid surface (ideally concrete).

Operation

The spa plugs into a standard 110 volts outlet so no costly additional electrical work is required, allowing you to get started heating your hot tub quickly.

Heating the spa does take quite a while. It takes approximately 20 hours to reach 100 degrees if you fill it with water at 70 degrees. However, at sub 70 degrees temperatures it takes a lot longer to heat up so if you live in a colder region, be prepared for a longer wait.

The full foam insulation has a 1.8 lb. density which is designed to lower operating costs in addition to being beneficial for the environment.

5 hydrotherapy jets with side air controls

The 5 hydrotherapy jets are powered by a 1.5 horse power pump which has been engineered to deliver high performance. The side air controls allow you to alter the amount of air which goes into the jet system enabling you to find the perfect mix of air and water for a relaxing massage after a hard day.

The round circular shape of this hot tub means you feel the high pressure of the jets at all angles providing you an immersive spa experience.

Final Thoughts

On the downside, the Dream Maker X-100 Portable Spa Hot is only suitable for indoors or mild weather so if you live in a colder region then it will take longer to heat the water up to your desired temperature.

Dream Maker have packed in some nice extra features such as a color changing waterfall which adds to the ambience when you’re relaxing in the water. The jets are powerful and therapeutic thanks to the high performance pump so you’ll likely find yourself spending many hours in it. Overall, it is an excellent choice for someone who wants portability and convenience from a spa but doesn’t want to sacrifice on performance.

Emerging Trends in Project Management

We have seen 2015 to be a year of rise of the Agile and Scrum. We saw increase in maturity of Project Management among the IT Companies. PMI started to focus on Benefits Realization and Leadership skills for Project Managers.

We have also seen that there are no pure Agile projects in a organization and neither do we see organizations following agile in total. People have mixed projects in the organization and need for governance did not go away and more and more organizations following agile is also feeling the need for project management.

Based on my understanding and experience the following are the trends in Project Management that I foresee:

More use of Agile Delivery with governance through traditional project management:

We need to deliver faster using Agile Delivery capability. At the same time we need to have proper governance in Portfolio, Program and Project Management. Agile delivery will be for Project, Program and Portfolio Management. This gives the best of both worlds and can handle the practical need of speedy delivery and strong governance.

Use of multiple tools as best suited for the situation:

Scrum is not going to be the only tool that will be used by organizations working on Agile methodology. Even though Scrum will be at the core, but use of Kanban, Lean Startup, TDD, etc. will be used in collaboration to get the best out of it.

Focus on Delivering Value:

Focus will be on delivering value to the customer. Projects or Service, the focus is on delivering value and not just the output. PRINCE2 has always had strong focus on Business Value. We now see PMI also have made changes to the exam content to bring importance of Business Value.

Avoiding waste and collaboration will be important:

We see the need for more productive situation. This is possible by trying to remove waste like in Lean. The first is of having cross-skilled team and then only we will be able to have more work done. There will not only be cross-skill within the team but also use of resources across development and service management. Devops will gather more momentum.

Importance of Leadership skill:

The need for leadership skills is a getting recognized. We see this in the change of the Continuing Certification Requirement of PMP where Leadership and Domain are areas of skill acquisition required. Now we will see PMs to be looked at as a Leader and not just a manager.

Focus on Program and Portfolio Management:

Program management is going to grow in its maturity. Focus will also be now on implementing Portfolio Management properly to ensure right projects are taken up and also value is generated by the projects. We have already seen the focus on value creation and it is possible with good Portfolio Management and Benefit realization in projects.

Using Contemporary Communication:

Project Communication will now not only be limited to the traditional channels like signed documents and mails but also newer ones like whatsapp, trello and other social media. This will be more useful as we have virtual teams.

Contract change to accommodate Agile:

The contracts also will need to be written differently to facilitate the Agile delivery. It will no longer be Fixed Bid or Time and Material that we see but will be more flexible to meet needs of agile delivery. Customer involvement throughout the project will also be a requirement in the contract.

Body Language Attraction – How Men’s Facial Expressions Reveal Attraction

If you know how to read men’s facial expressions and combine them with the other body language signals they unconsciously display you have a valuable tool you can use  for interpreting their level of attraction.

There are a multitude of  unconscious signals that men display that will convey exactly what they are feeling just with what they do with their faces, and you can use these fleeting subtle facial expressions that men display to reveal just how fascinating you really are to them.

Watch his eyebrows. His eyebrows will raise slightly when he looks at you if he’s attracted to you. I’m not talking about the deer in the headlights look of shock look, just a slight raising of the eyebrows.

On the hand if he’s bored  or angry his eyebrows will tend to droop or scowl.

If he thinks you are attractive he can’t help feeling a least a little bit sexually aroused. Men’s nostrils will flare slightly when they are sexually stimulated.

If you’ve been around a farm you may have noticed how a bull will curl up his lips, tilt back his head and flare his nostrils to get the scent of cow in heat. Humans to some extent do the same thing, we flare our nostrils to take in the scent of someone we are attracted to. It’s a natural biological reaction.

Another subtle sign that you are getting to him is his lips. When both men and women become sexually aroused more blood will flow to their lips which  will swell sightly and change to a redder shade of color. Women have been using lipstick to enhance their attractiveness for years for this very reason.

In addition to swollen, redder lips his lips will part slightly and he may lick them if he’s attracted to you.

Of course, a genuine smile is always a good indication that he likes you. I’m not talking about a leering or fake smile, but the real thing that not only shows on his lips, but on his whole face with the bright happy look in his face, the raised eyebrows and the smoothing of the forehead.

Watch for muscle tension. If he’s tense or angry his facial muscles will tense up. On the other hand if he’s relaxed or happy they will be smooth and relaxed.

Interpreting his facial expressions along with some of his other body language signs such as his eyes, his posture and any physical contact he may make with you is the key to appraising his level of attraction.

The 4 Different Types of Connectives Used in Good Public Speaking

Good public speaking skills involve more than presenting informative or persuasive material to an audience in an engaging, uplifting manner. It requires the use of connectives to keep your presentation or speech organized as well as unified. Better than a verbal tic, such as ‘um’ or ‘ah,’ by employing good connectives in your speech, you will also make it easier for your listeners to both follow what you are saying and remember more of what you are saying.

The 4 types of connectives include:

1. Signposts

Without a doubt, one of the most popular forms of connectives are signposts. The signpost refers to very brief statements that tell your audience where you are in your speech. They can be numbers – the 1st idea, the 2nd idea, etc.; they can be questions which offer good audience interaction; and, they can be phrases that underscore important points in your message.

Example: The most important thing I want you to gain from my presentation is that breathing with the support of your diaphragm will not only end vocal abuse but it will also mean a more confident, more mature-sounding speaking voice.

In the above statement, I have reiterated what I want my audience to remember but I have also let them know that I have come to the end of my development. While those words are not my concluding statement, they have paved the way for my conclusion.

2. Transitions

Transitions are words or phrases that mark the end of one thought or idea and move the speaker into another thought or idea by including material from the previous statement into the new one.

Example: Now that we have seen that the habitual voice can be affected by vocal abuse, allow me to explain how the situation can be reversed.

In the above sentence, the words in bold mark the transition, reinforcing my previous statements and paving the way for the new statement.

3. Internal Previews

Similar to the transition and often including a transition, the internal preview is found in the development of the speech or presentation and includes what is coming up in greater detail than the transition. The preview is in bold.

Example: Now that we have seen that the habitual voice can be affected by vocal abuse, the remedy is quite simple. Learn to breathe with the support of your diaphragm and allow your chests to power your voice.

Including the original transition, the internal preview consists of the statement which follows in bold.

4. Internal Summaries

Found also in the development of the speech or presentation, the internal summary is the opposite of the internal preview because it lists ever so briefly what has already been stated. These summaries are important because they reinforce what has already been said, making it easier for your audience to follow your message.

Example: In essence, by learning to breathe properly, finding the optimum pitch of your speaking voice, and allowing your chest to do the work, you will eliminate vocal abuse forever.

The above sentence summarizes succinctly what may have been discussed for the last 10, 20 or even 40 minutes of your delivery.

Using any and all of the above connectives in your delivery are very effective means of keeping your audience’s attention as well as keeping your talk organized. Use them and your listeners will remember more of what you have said.

How to Structure Your Freestyle Rap Lyrics

Every freestyle rap song has a structure, so this article will talk about this structure. There are different parts of this structure that we will define so that you have a strong understanding of how to write your songs.

The basic structure of a song is verse followed by a chorus, followed by another verse, followed by the chorus, followed by a bridge and then followed by the chorus. This form is what our audiences are used to hearing. Notice that there is a good bit of repetition mixed in with some variety. The variety prevents the audience from getting bored.

Let’s discuss each section of our structure.

Verse – a song is made up of melodies and lyrics. In our song structure, the verses have the same melody, but the lyrics are different. The lyrics are what tell us about the song. The lyrics may talk about people or may present a certain situation. The lyrics will usually also share the emotions of the song.

Chorus – The chorus is what you hear over and over again. It may be repeated up to four or more times. Unlike the verse, both the lyrics and the melodies stay the same each time the chorus is repeated. You will usually find the title of the song in the chorus and you will find that it is usually repeated a couple of times.

Bridge – This part of the song is the portion of the song that stands out. It is totally different from the rest of the song. The melody and the lyrics are different from our other two parts of the song. This not only stands out, but it gives the audience or listener a break from the repetitiveness of the verse and chorus. The highlights f the lyrics are often presented in this section.

Pre-chorus – this is not a part of the structure that you will find in every song, but you should be aware of this section. It will usually be found toward the end of the verse. It is the lead in to the chorus and gives the chorus a stronger effect when the song reaches that part.

These are the main parts of the song. Now you may find some variations of the structure as you move to different genres, but use this as a foundation when creating your freestyle rap lyrics.

About the Mount Kinabalu Climbing Experience – Starting Points and Tales

Mount Kinabalu is the highest mountain in Malaysia and also ranks the 20th place among the highest peaks in the world, in terms of prominence. This and its impressive biodiversity makes Kinabalu one of the most important and far-famed mountains in the world. It is the main attraction in Sabah, along with the Kinabalu National Park- the park surrounding the mountain, which has a variety of flora and fauna that covers not less than 4 climate zones. You can now see why “Mount Kinabalu climbing” is such an imposing phrase. Most people think about is as a dream. But this is a dream that can come true. Below are some tips that can be very useful if you decide to follow your dreams.

Mount Kinabalu climbing preparations for beginners

First of all, you should know that climbers must be accompanied by guides at every moment of their hike. These are the park’s rules and everyone must follow them. Secondly, if you want to have a total experience then you should allocate 3 days to the climbing, meaning you will spend 2 nights on the mountain. The mountain’s physical properties and its abundance in unique species of plants require that.

If you are a beginner, Low’s Peak is not too hard to be climbed if you are in good physical shape. However, other peaks are not that accessible and require more advanced climbing skills.

Mount Kinabalu climbing- starting points

The hike has 2 main starting points:

  • Timpohon Gate – located 5 km away from the park entrance. The place is also known under the name “Pondok Timpohon”, meaning “Timpohon Shelter”, because of the large wooden shelter that was built here. The place is peaceful and offers a spectacular view. The place has a check point for climbers, where they can file their permits to the stationed ranger. It also has a shop, providing snacks and refreshments.
  • Mesilau Nature Resort- a tourist resort built in 1998, which is a great lodging place for ecotourists. It is 30 minutes far from the Kinabalu Park and 2000 meters above the sea level. This is also a peaceful place and its meeting room stands for motivational training, seminars, meetings and retreats for small groups.

The two trails cross two kilometers before Laban Rata.

Mount Kinabalu climbing tales

There are many tales regarding Mount Kinabalu, but one of them is absolutely breath-taking. It claims that “Kinabalu” means “Cina Balu” or “A Chinese Widow”. The story says that a Chinese prince was rescued by the natives of Borneo after his ship sank. The prince fell in love with a local woman and then abandoned her because of his parents. The woman died at the top of the mountain, which she used to climb every morning to see if her husband would return home.

Tips For Best Table Shuffleboard Skills

If you have ever played table shuffleboard, you have probably realized how fun it can be. Many bars and restaurants or family fun centers have table shuffleboard and there are games that up to eight players can play. While typically, two or four players might play most of the time, there are all kinds of variations on the game, making it a popular tournament game, played individually and as teams.

There are a few tips for table shuffleboard skills that include three main objectives you can use to win the game. Well placed weights, attacking your opponent’s highest scoring weights and blocking your own weights are tactics that the most successful players have learned to master. Of course, getting your weights the furthest down the table is the main objective.

You get the most points for the weights that make it to the overhanging four point position and if your opponent knocks it off, it still gets repositioned as long as it comes to rest in that scoring position. On cushion shuffleboard tables, learning how to use corners can protect your weights, especially when they have made it into the highest scoring zone.

Attacking your opponent’s weights that are in the highest scoring zones can be a tactic that you have to practice. You can prevent them from scoring if you learn how to knock them off without knocking them into higher scoring zones. Once you have mastered table shuffleboard, you will also know that your opponent will be trying to attack your weights so you need to block your highest scoring weights to protect them. You want to practice placing your next weight behind your leading weight so that it is protected from your opponent touching it. Be careful that they aren’t too close together or they can both get knocked off.

Another technique that can improve your table shuffleboard skills is learning to play with both hands because sometimes, you will have a better chance on one side of the table versus the other. Some people will shoot straight from the center of the board but many players learn how to side-wheel on Longboard shuffleboard models. To do this, your third and fourth fingers of your shooting hand act as a guide and balance on the side edge of the playing surface, which gives you better accuracy. Some players will use the thumb and forefinger to use an English backspin, which can increase your chances of the weight staying on the board because it puts a braking action on the weight.

There are table shuffleboard skills and tactics you can use whether you shoot first or shoot last. When shooting first, the best tactic is to shoot your first weight down the rail, as far as you can and then if that one remains safe, place your next one down the opposite rail so it will split your opponent’s counter-attack. Think about bowling pins when you are placing your weights in position. The center ones are the easiest ones to hit.

When you are shooting last, the hammer shots should aim at hitting your opponent’s weights every time they are placed, while keeping yours on the board in scoring positions. When you are playing table shuffleboard, some of the best table shuffleboard skills and tactics involve offensive tips as well as defensive moves.

Wooden Door Mats Offer Many Benefits to Homeowners

In the current recession, people are frequently looking for ways to save money. Frivolous spending has become a thing of the past. Buying items of higher quality is one way that people can save money over the long term.

A welcome mat can be helpful in keeping unnecessary dirt and mud off the floors in your house. One of the downsides of a door mat, however, can be the frequency in which they wear out. While an inexpensive plastic or rubber door mat can be purchased for a few dollars, they usually become worn or ragged somewhat quickly.

Instead of mats that don’t last, you may want to consider a wooden door mat. A wooden door mat is usually made out of high quality Cedar, which is weather-proof and resistant to cracking and warping. A cedar wooden mat is usually made of Western Red Cedar, a hardy wood that is abundant in the western United States and parts of Canada. Cedar, with its pleasant aroma, is resistant to many forms of pests and termites.

With unemployment climbing and many families working more hours for less pay, cleaning becomes a low priority. Even with frequent cleaning, dust, mold, and dirt can be difficult to keep out of a home. With so many families and couples living busy lives, house cleaning can be the last task to get accomplished.

A wooden door mat can be an ideal solution in helping to keep your home clean.

White cedar is also frequently used on outdoor furnishings and is sometimes used in the manufacture of a wooden door mat. Cedar is a more long-lasting selection than rubber. A wooden door mat can be bought in a variety of sizes and styles.

A wooden door mat will last longer if cleaned once in a while and well taken care of. A clean mat will help to keep mold, dirt and bacteria from spreading from the doormat. A wooden door mat is also a friendly way to remind visitors to remove or wipe their shoes before entering.

Households with children often find that a wooden door mat can be an ideal solution to keep muddy shoes from entering the home.

In fact, in some countries, guests are given shoes or sandals to wear while in the house. In America, the custom of asking guests to wipe or remove their shoes is becoming accepted. In Asia, in fact, it is considered a common courtesy to remove shoes before entering a home. Hosts in Asia would consider it an insult for a guest to keep their shoes on when entering a home.

If you would like guests to remove their shoes before entering, there are friendly ways to let them know this. Politely stating that removal of shoes is appreciated or simply asking them to leave their shoes in the entry when they come to your home can solve the problem. People can keep their homes clean by asking visitors to remove their shoes before entering the premises.

With quality becoming more important than ever, investing in a wooden mat can help people save money for years to come.

Kids Educational Craft Ideas – Alternatives to Using a Paint Brush

Painting opens up a world of colour and communication for children and is a wonderful way for them to create. There are many simple and exciting alternatives to using a paint brush.

String painting is easy and is a great way for children to pattern paint. You just wrap some string around a small wooden block (this could be a building block that your children play with). A square or rectangle shape is better, but make sure that it is big enough for the child to hold easily. To aid in your child’s learning, it is best to have a variety of different sizes handy. Prepare some paint and pour it into some old polystyrene trays or any tray that you can afford to use for lots of painting activities. Dip the block into the paint and press on the paper and you’re done!

Marble painting is another way for children to have fun and also learn hand eye coordination whilst creating different patterns. Prepare some paint and put it in a container that has deep sides, such as an old baking tray or a shallow cardboard box. The top of a shoe box is an excellent example providing that it is still strong and intact. Put some paper in the bottom of the tray with a small amount of paint (you can use two or three different colours at a time). Drop a marble in the tray and let the children move the marble backwards and forwards, sideways etc. to create their own work of art.

Finger painting develops the child’s sensory skills as they feel and touch the paint. Put some paint on an old table and let the children put their hands in it and make their own designs. If you do not have an old table that you can use, then you can always put some plastic on the table and this will suffice.

Please bear in mind that most paints are easily washed off surfaces and hands with hot soapy water but please check the instructions to be certain! Once the children have finished their painting, put a piece of paper on top and peel it off. Put it somewhere to dry and then they have a print of their art work to show to family and friends.

Here are some other quick tips and alternatives that your children may enjoy that can also be used for printing…

  • Cotton bud painting can encourage children to paint in a different way, which develops fine motor skills.
  • Cotton wool has a different feel and texture to it.
  • Paint rollers are fun to use on large rectangular areas. So this would be ideal for example, if you are planning on painting a red cardboard bus.
  • Cotton reels and corks can be used for pattern painting.
  • Sponges cut into different shapes can be a great way to recycle and you can use both their rough and smooth sides in painting. Some examples of shapes you can use are rectangles and circles and a diamond or star. You can also purchase sponge shapes from a good toy shop, or you can order them from educational supply magazines.
  • Other ideas include the cardboard rolls inside household foil and plastic wrap, plastic forks or jar lids.

Just remember to let those creative juices flow.

Weight Lifting Vs Body Weight Exercises

For years, there has been a heated debate among fitness enthusiasts over the difference between weight lifting and body weight exercises. One camp argues that resistance from weight training is essential for developing lean muscle mass, while the other side claims that body weight exercises are superior for developing functional strength and conditioning. If you are unsure of which approach is best for you, then consider your goals and go with the training method that suits you best.

There is no question that weight training builds muscle mass and burns calories. For bodybuilders who are interested in packing as much muscle mass as their frame allows, there is no doubt that they can benefit from a solid weight lifting regimen that consists of heavy compound movements. As beneficial as weight training may be, there are some valid arguments against it. For one thing, all weight lifting exercises must be executed with proper form; otherwise, you run the risk of a serious injury. An injury can keep you sidelined and put a hamper on your progress. Dependency is another problem with using free weights. You either have to have access to a gym or own a set of dumbbells and barbells in your garage. You also need to consider what you will do for exercise if you have to travel.

This is where the benefits of body weight exercise come in. It can be done virtually anywhere at any time. There is also a reason body weight calisthenics are used extensively by the military and gymnasts. They develop core and functional strength. Proponents of body weight training believe that weight lifting develops bulky muscles that are purely for aesthetic purposes. Having large muscles may look good, but the extra bulk also makes you slower and hurts your conditioning as well.

So does this mean that body weight exercises are superior? Not exactly. With free weights, you can easily add an extra plate or move on to a heavier dumbbell to increase resistance. With exercises like pushups and squats, there is really no way to increase resistance; you can only add more repetitions. Of course, with an exercise like the pushup, you can make it harder by elevating your feet or changing the position of your arms, but this also changes the muscles that are worked.

The best solution is to mix things up a bit. Work out with weights for several weeks, then switch it up with some body weight exercises for the next several weeks after. This will give your body a feel for different exercises. The debate over which type of exercise is better is a waste of time. They are all exercises and will get you into better shape.
