The SWOT analysis combine the two perspectives, from the inside and from the outside, because the Strengths and the Weaknesses are internal issues of an organization, while the Opportunities and Threads come from the outside.

4. Re-formulating objectives: after the close examination of data gathered in the previous stage, sometimes it is needed to re-formulate the initial objectives, in order to address all the issues that might have come up from the previous stage. The distance between the initial objective and the re-formulated objective will be covered by appropriate strategies. We must ensure the re-formulated objective is SMART as well.

5. Establishing strategies: several strategies are to be formulated, in order to cover the distance between what we want to achieve and what is possible to achieve, with the resources at our disposal. As we would usually have several options, we should analyze them and chose the one with more chances to achieve the marketing objectives.

6. Plan of actions: consists in a very detailed description of the procedures and means to implement the actions we want to take. For example, if the strategy implies a raise in advertising volume, the plan of actions should establish where the advertisements will be placed, the dates and frequency of the advertising campaigns, a set of procedures to evaluate their effectiveness. The actions we plan to take must be clearly formulated, measurable, and the results must be monitored and evaluated.

7. Implementation and control: consist in the series of activities that must be performed in order to run the marketing plan in accordance to the objectives set by the marketer. How To Catch Bass After A Cold Front

Cold fronts are a fact of life that every bass fisherman must deal with for half of a year. This begin in the fall, usually October, and last through April in most locations of the United States. You can hang up your fishing gear and just wait until May to begin bass fishing but, what do you do on those beautiful days in late October, November and March? Watch TV or go shopping with the wife? I do not think so.

Generally 24 hours before the cold front passes, the weather is beautiful – warm, sunshine, low or normal barometric readings and slight winds. Fishing usually is pretty good and you can catch bass reasonably consistently on a variety of baits. As it begins to approach, the skies may cloud up and the wind may increase but, the temperatures are still comfortable and fishing may even get better. Fish, especially bass, can sense the coming weather change and may very well go on a feeding frenzy because they will stock for the upcoming period of reduced activity. The cold front arrives and the skies are very cloudy, may even rain or storm a little, wind generally kicks up and changes direction from south or west to north or northwest. Fishing may still be pretty good at this point unless you experience a lot of heavy thunder. As the front passes, skies begin to clear, air temperatures begin to drop and the barometric pressure begins to climb. Fishing falls off sharply to no bites or activity at all. Why?

The traditional way of thinking has always been that the falling temperatures cause the water to cool that putting the bass in a funk. Research and underwater photographers have documented that bass move in very tight to the same cover they were on before the cold front came through. They also have documented that bass will not chase baits and appear to be very lethargic. The best theory as to why this happens is the substantial increase in the barometric pressure. Under normal weather conditions, normal barometric pressure, bass swim upright and in comfort due to many days of constant or very slowly changing pressure. As it passes, the barometric increases substantively and quickly thus causing the bass's equilibrium to become disrupted. Best guess is that it will take from 24 to 36 hours for the bass to re-acclimate and become comfortably upright.

All indications from the research indicate that the bass do not leave the area and go to deep water but, rather, they just go deeper into the continuing cover and become very inactive. The strike zone reduces to just a few inches, not feet as it was.

If you use your electronics to find the structure present, stumps, timber, moss or grass beds, creek channels, ledges, or depressions, you should find the bass. Line up both a Philips and flat-head screwdriver and a plastic cable and you're ready to begin working through these easy instructions.

1. Find the plastic retaining clip that holds the existing door seal in place around the drum of the machine. This will be on the interior side of the door, hidden by the rubber lip. Remove and set aside.

2.Find the two screws on the inter-lock mechanism of the door, usually set to the right hand side. Unscrew and set aside.

3. Removal of the washer dryer's frontage is begun by finding the two large screws at the back of the machine that keep this section fixed in place. One is found at either side; unscrew these and set aside. You can now lift the main front panel across the machine off completely.

4. Take out the machine's soap drawer (the box found on the front where washing powder or liquid is added.) Removing this will expose two hidden screws; unscrew and set aside.

5. The front section of the machine that displays its operating instructions can now be lifted off easily.

6.There is now only one piece of the front panel to left remove. You will find four more screws holding this panel on; two at the top and two behind the kick plate. You can now lift the remaining piece away.

7. Find the machine's drying duct. This is a rectangular shaped opening to the right hand side of the door seal. Unplug this by sliding the door seal off it.

8.Release the inner retainer of the door seal (now the only thing holding it on) by wedging your flat-head screwdriver into its clip. Once this is done, the entire faulty door seal can be pushed off and thrown away.

9.Take your new door seal and place it up against the drum of the machine, checking that it's in the right position by lining up its built-in vent with the drying duct you have just disconnected. Push the opening of the drying duct through the vent in the new door seal and use a cable tie to hold it firmly in place.

10. It should now be easy to feel the door seal's interior lip around the machine's drum. Once this is done, you can quickly the machine's inner retainer back in place.

11. Screw the door inter-lock mechanism back in and repeat with the front and top panel. Replace the soap drawer.

12. The last thing you need to do is feed the outer lip of the new door seal around the exterior of the drum and put the retaining clip back on the secure.

How To Solder Copper Piping

The world of plumbing continues to change and evolve just as technology seemingly alters everything in our lives. Due to its resistance of rusting, water supply lines inside the home were galvanized pipe and the sewer system was cast iron pipes.

Today PVC, CPVC and varied roll tubing constituents the majority of newly installed water supply lines, with PVC & CPVC used for the sewer system. These new products are much easier and faster to install, which saves the builder construction time and quite the consumer money.

This is all great, but what about the current million (s) homes which currently have water supply lines made of copper. What happens when a water line freezes and breaks, replace the entire water supply line? Of course not, that would be cost prohibitive, you repair the copper line at the break.

I'm going to guide you through a simple repair of a "" copper water line which supplies the kitchen sink with cold water, by showing you how to sold in a repair coupling permanently sealing the leak.

Naturally, the first thing you do is shut the water supply off to the pipe which is broken to stop sooner damage from occurring. A wet or cluttered work area only complicates matters, so clean and dry the area before starting the repair work.

You'll have to analyze the size and length of the split pipe in order to decide how much of the pipe you're going to cut out. If there's only a pin hole leak, you can get away with cutting the pin hole out and replacing it with 1 repair coupling. If the split is "" or larger, you'll have to cut out more piping and use two repair couplings.

I suggest if the pipe has frozen and split, always use 2 repair couplings and new pipe. The reason being, copper pipe can actually swell, becoming thicker walled, before actually splitting. If you cut the pin hole out, there's a possibility the repair coupling will not fit over the copper pipe because it had swelled at that point.

Let's assume we cut 3 "out of the copper piping, which we'll now have to replace before the water can be hooked back up.
* Copper Pipe "", it comes in 10 'lengths, but most home repair stores such as Home Depot and Lowes sell shorter lengths, although it may not be much more expensive to buy the entire stick and have remaining pipe for another job. you can not transport a 10 'piece they will cut in halve.

* Solder, Flux, sandwich (fine), a propane torch and Inside pipe cleaner brush. You can wallpaper the inside, but the brush is better and cheaper.

* 2 – "" repair couplings. It's important to get repair couplings and not regular couplings. Regular couplings have indentations on the inside of the fitting which only allows the pipe to be inserted half way into it, in order to provide an amount amount of soldering area. The repair couplings do not have this making it to where you can slide the fitting up and down the pipe.
This is essential to be able to install the repair section into an situation where there is no play (movement) of either of the stationary tubes being repaired.

* A rag, for wiping excess solder off the fitting and a glass or pan of water handy in case you catch something on fire you did not mean to.

The repair procedure is as follows.

* Measure the gap of the cut out section and cut a piece of pipe slightly shorter. There are exact formulas for representing the length, but in your case, close is plenty good enough. So for a 3 "opening, cut a 2" "piece of pipe allowing you an 1/8" clearance on either side.

** A rule. Copper pipe and fittings must be 100% clean. Clean to a bright shiny gloss at least 2 "down the pipe After cleaning does not touch the cleaned end with your fingers, as the oil from your skin can compromise the joint and create a leak. Always use plenty of flux.

* Propane torch instruction. Light the torch with a striker or a match. Adjust the flame to where the light blue flame inside the main flame ends in a sharp point, that's your hottest flame. When applying the heat to the pipe, do not engulf the pipe in the flame, just the end of the flame is required.

* Solder instruction. Solder comes in a roll which you hold in your hand. Unroll a 8 "to a foot of solder, bend a" "of the end of the solder at a right angle. The foot of solder is to extend your reach to the solder joints, but only "" of solder is required for a "" pipe joint. A little more is ok, but not too excessive as too much does nothing but run down the pipe or drop onto the floor.

* You will sold one coupling at a time. The first coupling will take a little longer than the first because you'll need to warm the pipe, the heat transfer will warm the second joint.

* Move the torch flame back and forth across the coupling joints evenly heating it. You'll hear the flux beginning to sizzle and it will solidify. Touch the solder to the joint, if the pipe is not hot enough the solder will do nothing, but if the pipe is hot enough the solder will melt and quickly seal the joint. There is no need to move the solder around the pipe, the solder will automatically encircle the pipe closing the seam.

* Repeat for the other coupling, but it will probably melt the solder immediately.

* Wipe any excess solder from the joints with a rag, do this before it cools.

Allow the repair a minute or so to completely set up, then slowly turn the water back on, checking for leaks.

You've repaired a broken copper water line, costing about $ 30 to $ 40 bucks versus calling a plumber and paying $ 400.
