Broadcast Your Live Streaming Video Presentation Webinar Using PowerPoint

When you're at a webinar you can literally show anything that could appear on your computer screen, including your notepad, desktop, your software or even a web browser. But I really believe that you should show a PowerPoint presentation because he helps people learn better and gives you more control over what you show on the screen.

You create your PowerPoint presentation to use at a webinar, choose a theme. Write out your slide and bullets, and the rearrange that outline consistent of slides so that it makes more sense. The first thing you should do when opening p PowerPoint and creating your instructional slide show is to choose a theme. You might notice that by default the design of your slide appears as a white background and black text. This is perfectly okay, as long as you have good information no one will care that your design looks plain.

I would rather have good information and a bad design than bad information and a good design. Take a couple of seconds and choose from the available themes or leave it at the default. The important part is going to be the slides and bullet points. With PowerPoint you add a title and a series of bullet points for every slide. If you want to show the next slide, just click on new slide and type in the titles and bullet points there as well. When you run that slide show, you simply play the current slide.

You talk a little bit about it and then you go on to the next slide. This ensures that you do not have to script anything, and you do not have to remember anything either. You just see what's on the screen and you present for a couple of minutes in each slide. But as you're putting things together you might realize that some information should go before others, or you should present your outline before going into the specific slide, or even recap information you just taught.

That is why you can easily move and drag and drop the order of your slides. I hope that stepping you through those steps in creating and presenting a webinar PowerPoint presentation convinces you that PowerPoint is the best way to present on your webinar. Open a PowerPoint, choose a theme. Write out slides and bullets and then rearrange those slides in an easy to understand and logical format.

Many companies offer to rent bounce houses and slides that can be set up in your yard, and many even offer their own venue that includes multiple bounce structures all in one place! Depending on the children’s age and ability level, you can rent a basic bounce house or bounce slide, and the older kids would surely “jump” at the chance to use a bouncy obstacle course! If the weather is warm, also think about renting a “slip n’ slide” water slide to cool the kids off from the summer heat!

Decorate your house or the party room with colorful balloons and streamers to continue the happy, bouncy theme. For party favors, hand out colorful stickers, bouncy balls, and fun colored or patterned socks that the kids can use when they’re playing in the bounce houses!

Although the bounce houses are so much fun in and of themselves, mix it up a little by giving the kids some big inflatable balls to throw around in the houses. The kids can race on the bounce slides if it’s safe to do so. You can also give beanbags to the kids and have them try and toss the beanbags to each other while bouncing! Tag is also a fun game to play inside the bounce houses, as the kids will have the added challenge of bouncing around while trying to catch the other players! With any of these activities, however, always make sure to follow basic safety rules and precautions. If you hold the party at an actual bounce house venue, the companies usually offer safety supervisors to help manage the party.

For food, include tasty and healthy tidbits like grapes, carrots, and celery and apple slices to keep the kids’ energy up! For a main course, sub sandwiches are a great choice, and fruit juice boxes are complementary drinks.

For dessert, serve cake or cupcakes with colorful frosting and sprinkles-the kids can even decorate the dessert themselves! For a bouncy theme, Kraft Foods has a delightful recipe for an easy-to-make clown cake (see http://www.kraftrecipes.com) or kids can also make their own clown cupcakes by decorating the top of a cupcake using M&Ms or Skittles for the eyes and mouth, a gumdrop for the nose, and frosting for the hair and hat! Bake supplier Wilton also has an adorable idea for clown cupcakes featuring whipped cream and a cherry on top to make a clown’s hat (see http://www.wilton.com)! Whatever you choose, the kids will have such a blast that they’ll be bouncing all the way home, unless they decide to take a nap after expending all that energy!

Unique Hand Railings

Today, hand railroads can be more than a way to provide safety. They can provide a dividing line between two living spaces or accent a garden. Even changing balusters can give an old railing a new and dramatic look. Balusters come in many different varieties and are what create the railroads. Balusters can be made of wood, iron or a plastic polymer. In some instances, glass has been used to produce unique hand railroads.

Wood balusters are available in many patterns. Some common ones have a square top and bottom with a spindle-shaped middle. The middle section may have small grooves at the top or bottom giving it a more elegant look. Some wood balusters are tapered at the top and others have intricate patters carved into them. Spiral grooves are a very attractive variation that produces a Victorian type accent to the hand railing.

Iron balusters come in many attractive shapes including scrolls, twists and shapes including hearts and open spheres. When looking at iron balusters consider combining more than one style. By arranging more than one baluster together to create a pattern, the hand railing that is created will be unique and an interesting accent to the décor. Iron balusters can be changed for the existing balusters to refresh an existing hand railing.

Railings today provide more than safety in modern homes. Railings are used to separate living areas. This opens up a new avenue for other materials. By exchanging balusters for glass, a stunning accent can be created. Glass can be difficult to work with and precaution measurements are required. Making a pattern out of cardboard could help ensure a proper cut. Glass is expensive and a small measurement error can be costly.

Choosing a reputable glass company is important, not only for quality, but for safety as well. Should you choose to use glass for the handrail keep in mind that there is no room for error. The glass has to fit inside the upper rail tightly and yet swing into the groove in the bottom. It has to fit snugly so that it will remain stable after completion. If the railing does not use fillet to hold the glass in place, this will become a more difficult project. It is possible to do, but will require more effort and time.

Hand railroads no longer need to be standard. With the choices of turned balusters, the many variations of iron balusters and the availability of frosted, patterned and colored glass; a hand railing can be the main focal point of any room.

How to Make Your Antique Mirrors and Glass Doors Look Amazing Again

People do not realize that they are sitting in a gold mine when they are walking around in an old house, surrounded by old furniture that their parent or even grandparents own. The value of these furnishings may triple or double if it is kept in good condition. We are not asking you to sell these precious heirlooms because their true value may lie not in its resale price but in the memories it brings forth.

However, we must be realistic. We live in a harsh world that will sometimes test your resolve. Hopefully, you would not need to sell these very valuable furnishings because it has immeasurable sentimental value. When you are left with no other choice but to sell these items, you might as well sell it at the highest value available.

Selling furniture is pertinent because you would want to get back as much for a piece of your past. You can not get value back that you are looking for if you are not giving the buyer a high quality antiques. You would instead need to get your antiques into amazing quality to get the most out of it.

Through the years, you will see your antique furniture end punishment as people, animals or even other furniture bang on it. For the most part, these little nicks on the woods and metals can actually add character to the piece. However, the items that take the most irreversible punishment among these are the mirrors and framed glass doors.

When items like mirrors and glass are broken, it is almost certain that you will need to replace these parts if not replace them. Without these repairs, what you have is a wasted sale. Instead, you should look into repairing these materials and get the best value out there.

Before you start repairing the antique mirrors, you must first get an idea of what needs to be repaired. Assess the damage brought about by overuse and time. Look for deep scratches and nicks on the mirror or glass. If you are working with mirrors, check on the condition of the silvering.

Once you now know the amount of the damage, your next step is to remove the glass or mirror from its frame. You should, however, be careful as to how you remove the glass from the frame. The frame must remain intact and free from scratches and other forms of damage.

If there are some small areas in the mirror that no longer has the silvering material, you would need to attach smaller silver tiles on the on the reverse side of the mirror to complete the reflective surface. Make sure that when the tiles are attached, they are attached for good. Putting it on and removing it after may aggravate the damage on the silvering.

If you are working with scratched glass, consider replacing the glass with a newer glass piece. The new glass will add on to the price of the antique as long as it looks and feels like the one you are replacing. It should also help if you can get parts and material that are from the same era.

These are just simple steps that you can take to ensure you have good-looking antique furniture, whether you want to sell it or cherish it in your own home. If you ask me, it would be nice to have an option like that.

Customizing A Children's Playhouse

A playhouse is a great addition to the family garden providing you have enough room. It's a fun outdoor activity for the kids and it gets them out of your home for a while! These days playhouses are available in all shapes and sizes but a nice sturdy wooden one offers a few huge advantages over plastic version.

o Looks sturdier and often comes in a larger selection of sizes

o Can easily be painted and customized.

The second point is what this article is really looking at. Children love a personal touch and this is the perfect opportunity for a fairly cheap but big present that will last for years.

Choosing the exact playhouse that you want is something I will leave up to you, especially since there are so many styles out there and you know your own child best. Try to choose something that will fit their style, for example a Wendy house or daisy den for girls and a tower playhouse or castle playhouse for boys. You should also about the practicality of room. A big playhouse may be nice but a quaint one may appeal more to your child and look better in your garden, especially if it has a special modification such as ladders up or crenellations. I would also recommend playhouse especially designed for children instead of modifying a more expensive adult summerhouse / log cabin. This is because children's playhouses often have unique features such as special door / window hinges to protect your children from minor injuries. If your looking for a trusted brand I would recommend Walton's, I have both a shed and playhouse from this company and can vouch for there quality and stability. If you have your own recommendations however do not hesitate to follow them.

You want the playhouse to be strong and stable; it's wise to erect it on a specially designed base, you can find advice on how to construct these on most DIY websites. You also want it to be safe, no point the ladder next to a window a wrought iron fence, kids will be kids and you need to minimize all possible risks. You should also consider the age of your children, ideally purchase this kind of item for 3-5 year old so they get plenty of years of use out of it before they're grow up '.
Now the fun part, there are three main ways to customize your playhouse; paint, furnishings and additional parts.

Paint

This is the easiest, most fun and most noticeable way to customize a playhouse. Children enjoy nicely paint thing better than 'wood' colored surfaces so here is where their input comes in. Do they want an Action Man an action man camouflage print? A pretty pink Barbie den? A space station style outpost? All are easily accomplished ideas once you put a little bit of imagination and effort into it. Let's tackle the Action Man idea since this is the example I will be illustrating with photos. When your playhouse arrives it will probably be in pieces, this is actually a good thing since it gives you time to decide on things. Contemplate what design you want and paint it before you put it together. This gives you a few advantages.

1. You can get to all sections parts evenly

2. You wont have to reach as badly for high parts

3. You can see how it looks on a small hidden piece before painting the main side

4. It will create a more uniform appearance once put together.

You should paint it with a timber paint (available from any local B & Q or DIY store) and remember that wood soaks moisture up, apply carefully and keep in mind you mainly want to paint the outside, not the inside. To create a 'cammo' effect use rough, overlapping triangles lines or diamonds of different shades of brown and green. Interlace them and remember you do not need to cover it all, the wood color underneath will look pretty good between your camouflage design. For other designs, ie Barbie Pink you may want to consider only highlighting parts in pink and going mainly white, a solid pink house would be pretty shocking for anyone's garden. Parts like ladders, windows, door frame and roof would look great with the reminder either painting a neutral color (ie white) or left wood stained. Remember to add some protection or finish to your playhouse too, a clear protective substance would probably be most useful.

Additional Parts

This can really be the cherry on top. Adding nice accessories to the playhouse is a great way to make it look entertaining. Adding some netting across the banister of a 'cammo' theme or across its roof would be a nice addition or a flower box for the Barbie idea. For your space station you could add some silver painted plumbing tubing round the rails to make them look more like spaceship air pipes.

You may also want to consider adding major parts, such as a slide. While this can look great you must be careful with safety, also test this for weight and stability. Easiest way to do this is to find a slide with a similar height to the playhouse floor and put them close together, missing a piece of the balcony out of construction (please make sure this does not effect structural integrity, if in doubt contact the supplier , manufacturer or a qualified carpenter / joiner).

Furnishings

This is a fairly simple task to do; just choose some second hand / old / cheap chairs, tables, and pillow to give the room some comfort appeal. A few laminated posters and maybe even the children's own drawings / paintings would look great inside and offers you a chance to go even further making this playhouse your own.

How to Overcome Personal Barriers

In the spring of 1954, Roger Bannister became the first athlete to run a mile in under 4 minutes. Three minutes and 59.4 seconds to be exact. Before he did this, breaking a four-minute mile had been considered impossible – completely beyond the physical limits of the human body.

Was he successful because he possessed superhuman ability? No, he was successful because he was a believer. Roger Bannister chose to set out the widely accepted belief that it was not possible. He saw himself running a mile in under four minutes. He rehearsed the race in his mind's eye until he truly believed that he could do it. He believed that he really could break the four-minute mile. The rest is history!

And Roger's belief set off an even more interesting dynamic. Within seven months of setting the new record, thirty-seven others followed him. Within the following three years, another 300 athletes ran the mile in under 4 minutes.

What was thought impossible was now in the realm of completely achievable. But what happened to those other runners who ran before Roger? Did their lack of belief limit them and cause them to pass-up on an incredible opportunity? More important, are you letting a limited belief of what you can do and accomplish, stop you from reaching your goals and dreams?

Think about the times at work you've been told it's simply not possible. Have you heard, or said, things like this before?
o It's not possible to complete this marketing review by Friday.
o We will never be able to cut administrative expenses by 15%.
o Bob in Finance is crazy if he thinks he can find us the capital we need to buy a new facility.

When you believe you can not do something, you are right – and you will not. When you believe it is possible, you allow yourself to be open to the opportunities and circumstances that might make it a reality. You also influence everyone around you – your belief and positive attitude set off an infectious chain of accomplishment.

In his diary Roger Bannister wrote:
"I tried to establish this 'now or never' attitude because I knew that unless I was successful in attaining this attitude, I would perhaps lose my chance by letting myself fall prey to the mental reaction so common to athletes – that is, that there would always be a next time of deciding, sometimes, that this is not the day. "

To be successful you need to decide that today is the day. Today you will believe in your ability, you will take on a can-do attitude, and you will set in motion the actions you need to accomplish your dreams.

Here are some tips for breaking through your own lawyers barriers:
o Accept and acknowledge the beliefs that are holding you back
o Rewrite those beliefs with positive affirmations of your success
o Remove the words "can not" and "impossible" and all their synonyms from your vocabulary
o Look yourself in the mirror everyday and say, "I can do it and I will do it."
o Get out everyday and prove yourself right

Whether you believe that you can or you believe that you can not, you're always right! Choose to believe in your abilities and ignore all the naysayers. Your four-minute mile is looming, it is completely up to you whether you break your personal best or you merely walk in the slow lane and let others pass you by.

Frontal Knee Pain

What is frontal knee pain?

Frontal knee pain is a pain people experience beneath the kneecap (additionally referred to as patella). It’s the most typical reason behind chronic pain related to the knee. It originates from deterioration of cartilage, which happens because of inferior position in the kneecap while it glides across the lower end in the quad cuboid bone (femur).

Indications of frontal knee pain!

Indicators of frontal knee pain are often some sort of fuzzy feeling inside the knee, irritated through action (running, mountaineering as well as climbing down a stairway) or simply by extended seating using legs in the twisted position (soreness and pain as a result of long time seating in the workplace for example). Some individuals furthermore record experiencing a weird sensation or firmness inside the knee. It may afflict a single as well as both legs. When continual signs are overlooked, losing quadriceps (upper leg) muscle tissue power causes leg to “give up”. Moreover an evident decrease in quadriceps muscle tissue and slight inflammation in the knee location might show up.

What is causing frontal knee pain?

The patella (kneecap) is normally pulled over the end of the femur in a straight line by the quadriceps (thigh) muscle. People experiencing this kind of pain typically have unnatural patellar “tracking” in the direction of the side (external) section in the femur. The following just a bit off the path glide permits that under surface patella grates alongside femur creating constant swelling together with pain. Some people are more likely to develop frontal knee pain than others(women, older people etc..), however it is usually the result of muscle weakness, which often will not put adequate tension with an individual’s kneecap to produce the ideal route for the kneecap. This problem is also well-known to individuals who participate in a number of sporting activities, both professionally or as a recreation. In these instances frontal knee pain is mainly a result of muscle imbalances.

How to get rid of frontal knee pain?

Stretching out together with strengthening of quadriceps and hamstring muscles is essential for long-lasting effect and efficient rehab. You must do the exercises and you must do them the right way. For instance executing weighted squats, lower leg pushes and training on leg extension machine can cause even bigger injury. Swimming might help reduce soreness; yet, in the majority of conditions it isn’t enough to take care of frontal knee pain completely.

The most frequent procedure is ice together with pain killers, though this is the improper strategy to use. The trouble with drugs is usually the following: when you stop taking them, the pain returns and you must take even more pills.. This way you’re not taking care of the problem itself; you’re simply eliminating the pain. Going this route you are closer and closer to knee surgery. If you carry out appropriate exercises you may be certain to prevent the knee surgery, which is usually the last phase in case damage is already too heavy.

In normal conditions, there’s a fast recovery and return to full functional level when quadriceps and surrounding muscles are finally normally developed and after reducing muscle imbalances.

Just keep in mind the following: the only method to build tougher knees, to eliminate frontal knee pain and to resume your regular way of life is to increase quadriceps muscle power and muscle coordination through executing the correct exercises the correct way.

Land Subdivision – $ 1.2 Billion Dollar Developer Tells You How To Do It

Land subdivision is a bit like helping Mom slice up her beautiful Apple Pie; it's all so easy, when, like Mom, you've done it a few times. So let's see if we can get the ingredients for a land subdivision correct so you can do it right first time, OK?

Every city or town in the free world has a Town Plan and it ventures, not surprisingly, of plans or maps, usually with lots of different colors all over them, but also lots of words explaining what the colors mean as well as lots of Rules that tell you what you can do with land.

The colors indicate different zonings that your elected Council has decided upon. So say, Residential housing may be Yellow; high density housing like units, condos may be Pink; and industrial Orange, whatever. So you can see at a glance how the town plan is subdivided into land use categories.

Just as you can not build a house anywhere you like, you can not have a farm or a factory in the middle of a residential area either. So the first thing you must do is find out what is the 'Zoning' of the land you own or are thinking of buying. Getting land Rezoned is another issue alike.

Let's assume your land is zoned for residential housing. The Town Plan will tell you all the requirements you have to undertake for land subdivision. It will tell you the minimum Lot size allowed in a residential subdivision. It will tell you the distance in feet or metres you have to Set-Back each lot from the road, either internal and / or external, as well as the side boundaries of your land.

Now all that seems a bit complicated, but do not worry, there are professional land subdivision experts who will do all this work for you. Depending in what part of the world you come from, you will engage either an Engineer in the USA or a Land Surveyor in Australia, New Zealand, UK or Ireland to prepare you land subdivision plan.

Always engage one who does their main work in your area, because these are the professional where local knowledge is very important. They will know about soil conditions in your area, because they may have done several land subdivisions in the area already and completed soil testing.

They will also know about the provision of utilities like water supply, electricity, gas, telephone. All of these impact on the cost of your development. For example, if water reticulation is not available on your road frontage and the nearest water supply is a mile away, then you may have to pay for the cost of piping water that distance.

It is vital you know this information before you commit yourself to land subdivision costs and so the Engineer or Land Surveyor are very important not only at your investigation stage, but also when you proceed with the land subdivision planning application preparation and lodgment with your Local Authority . These guys will do all that work for you.

So what does all that add up to?

Yes, you should go the Local Authority in your area of the world that handles Town Planning and study their Town Plan. You may even be able to get a photo copy of that area of the plan that concerns your land. Read the local By-Laws about the type of land subdivision you plan to do.

Next, if you do not have a recommendation as to which Engineer or Land Surveyor to use, do as I suggest in my e-book, Residential Development Made Easy, go and interview several of them in your area. Remember, as you are low on experience, the interview is your opportunity to find someone with what you feel comfortable on a personal level.

Do they 'talk down' to you and treat you as though you're a mug? Are they information givers? Do they explain things to you? What land subdivision are they currently working on? Where is their most recently completed land subdivision?

You do not have the expertise in the profession, so use you own instincts. When you find one that suits you, Do Not start off your relationship, by trying to haggle over the professional fees it is proposed to charge you. If you have interviewed several professional you will know the range of fees charged, But you do not know the amount or range of work the firm has to carry out.

So to haggle with a professional based on such skinny information, tells the professional that they should avoid you by a mile. I have developed over $ 1.2 Billion worth of real estate and have never in my life haggled over a professional fee and the reason is simple.

First: I believe everyone is entitled to a profit from their endeavors, provided they do a good job.

Second: If you land subdivision financial feasibility study is so marginal that you have to save a few thousand dollars by screwing the fees of your professional consultants, then either you have a bad development or you are just a bad employer.

Third: I believe in incentive. I prefer to pay a guy more than he requests. Guess how he performs for me as opposed to clients who do not.

How Video Will Improve Your Conversions

Gone are the days when one would need to build full blown review sites. Now it is much easier to utilize the power of online video. Create a review video and upload your content to YouTube.

Why should we use video?

That's an interesting question. Well the main reason is that it can do wonders for your conversions. Imagine if you are an affiliate and sell products from the Amazon site for example. You could create simple review pages full of text. This does not always engage the reader though and sometimes they just do not want to read paragraph upon paragraph of text. When you provide video on your Amazon promotion page, you will find not only do you get a higher click through rate, but you also will get higher conversions.

Usually by adding online video you will find that:

a) Video tend to pre sell the person far better than plain text. As a result you will see higher conversion rates.

b) People would rather watch a video than read long text

c) By having video on your site you are making visitors stay longer which does wonders for your search engine rankings. It is known that Google prefers websites where the visitor hangs around for longer. Google can tell that video was relevant to the search entered and this gives you a boost in the search engines also.

Of course you could use both video and text to pre sell the customer. In fact that could work better. The fact is you need to use video somehow in your marketing strategy. Video is everywhere today and it makes sense that a sales page should contain video content.

If you are able to demonstrate the workings of a product then that will help your conversions also. Sometimes just showing yourself opening the box and pointing the product at the camera is good enough. The point is, you are giving some visual value to the visitor to your web page.

Think of how this kind of modern marketing works on television. Ever seen QVC or any of the other shopping channels? If you have you will have noticed just how visual it can be. The presenter (s) will talk for ages on a product, explaining what it can do and the benefits and features. They also show the physical product and even show how it works. By the end of the demonstration the viewer has become so convinced that they will reach for the telephone to place an order. Imagine if the presenter just talked away about the product and never showed you what it looked like. You probably would think twice before buying it if this were the case.

The shopping channels offer the viewer a fantastic visual experience and this is the reason why they sell so many products. Do not you think you could do the same thing with your own products? It's really not hard at all and you do not need to hire professional video photographers to get your message out there.

Video and YouTube

Video converters, that's the bottom line. If you are not using video as part of your marketing strategy then you are missing out on a whole new angle. I know myself if I want to know more about a product the first place I go is YouTube. This is the online video service that has a video for just about everything.

Take the mobile phone for example. Many times people will video a demonstration of their phone and take the viewer through each feature. Yes a lot of it may be amateur footage, but this is good enough. In fact I would say it is better because it is raw. Who wants to see some corporate company adding unnecessary special effects to the video? Not only is it distracting, but it also offers nothing to the experience.

Get your products onto video today and watch your conversions rocket. Do not let your competitors get ahead of you.

Let’s begin by introducing you to the different types of orgasms a woman can have. You’ll learn about a simple yet powerful technique you can use to give your woman a mind blowing very intense G-Spot orgasm.

You will also be introduced to female ejaculation or squirting orgasms, which are one of the most powerful orgasms any woman can ever have.

The Different Types of Female Orgasms.

There are two basic types of orgasms a woman can have – a clitoral orgasm and a vaginal orgasm.

A clitoral orgasm is the most common type of orgasm a woman experiences. It comes from direct stimulation of the clitoris.

This is also typically how a woman masturbates and experiences an orgasm during masturbation and it is also a very powerful way how we can give her an orgasm via oral sex when done correctly.

You may know that a woman’s tiny clitoris has as many nerve endings as a man’s entire penis. So, as you can imagine this area of her body is incredibly sensitive and when you stimulate it correctly you can give her a very strong orgasm.

However, the thing about clitoral orgasms is they’re more of a localized type of orgasm. Now don’t get me wrong, they’re still an orgasm and that’s OK. However, women describe the sensation of a clitoral orgasm as being more local to the genitals, and not so much as the full body experience that women can have from vaginal orgasms.

Another thing about clitoral orgasms is women are typically able only to have one orgasm at a time. The reason for this is after a woman has a clitoral orgasm her clitoris gets overly sensitive and sometimes almost sore, so it makes it difficult for you to go back and continue to stimulate her and give her another orgasms. Whereas with vaginal orgasms women can have multiple.

Intense Vaginal Orgasms

Vaginal orgasms come from direct stimulations inside a woman’s vagina via either the G-Spot or the A-Spot. Vaginal orgasms are more of a full body experience. And as we mentioned before a woman with vaginal orgasms is capable of having multiple orgasms. In fact, once you give her one vaginal orgasm she’ll become orgasmic and be able to have orgasm after orgasm after orgasm. And vaginal orgasms can also lead to female ejaculation also know as squirting orgasms, which we’ll cover in just a little bit.

Now, as powerful of a feeling it is for a woman to have a vaginal orgasm, sadly only 20% of women have actually ever experienced a vaginal orgasm. That means 80% of women don’t even know what it feels like to have a vaginal orgasm. And even more disturbing is 29% of women have never had an orgasm at all. Which is just mind blowing because can you imagine having sex and not having an orgasm? But sadly that’s the reality for so many women when every single woman is actually capable of having full body orgasms. This is why it’s important to educate yourself about female orgasms so you understand how to give them to your partner. It’s a chance to touch her in a way that no man has ever done before, and really if you’re the first guy to give her a full body vaginal orgasm she’ll love you for it.

How to Stimulate the G-Spot With Your Finger

You’re going to learn a simple G-spot orgasm technique and how you can stimulate her directly using your finger.

But before that, I want to make a couple of points first. Any time you penetrate a woman with your fingers like I’m about to describe make sure you always use plenty of lubricant. Even if you think she might be wet enough you’re going to be applying a lot of firm pressure so it’s always good to have a really good lubricant. I personally prefer to have 100% grapeseed oil. I’m talking about the food grade grapeseed oil that you can find at most grocery stores. I think it’s a great lubricant, it feels very natural. It’s very healthy for the inside of a woman’s vagina, and externally it makes a really great massage oil. So, it’s all around great! But grapeseed oil is not safe for condoms, so if you’re going to be using a condom for intercourse afterwords, make sure you use a water based lubricant. Something like Astroglide to add a little bit of lubrication. Hey, and I don’t sell Astroglide, in case you’re wondering.

Secondly, I want to make the point that any time you penetrate a woman with your finger make sure you have your fingers well manicured. This means cutting your fingernails very short. Make sure there’s no hang nails. Make sure there’s no rough skin on your fingers that could be too rough on the inside of the sensitive walls of her vagina.

Now, when a woman won’t let her man penetrate her with his fingers it’s generally because his hands are a little bit too rough, so it’s important to make sure you’re hands are well manicured.

The G-Spot is a part of the urethral sponge. It’s located one to two inches inside the vagina along the front wall.

The way to stimulate her to actually climax is to insert your middle finger first and locate her G-Spot. You’ll know you’re there because it has a spongy feeling, it has a kind of roundish shape. Once there, make a come hither like motion with your finger. Begin slowly and very gradually increase your speed and strength, responding to her reaction. After a while, take your finger out and insert two fingers this time, from her clitoris downward, to have more strength and save energy… your fingers will get tired doing this.

Now, every woman is actually different. Some women will respond to this technique very powerfully, and actually have an orgasm pretty quickly. But if she’s never had a vaginal orgasm, and as we talked about earlier, many women haven’t, it could take her a little while longer. It could take her almost 30 minutes to actually achieve a vaginal orgasm. So, you never want to go any longer than 30 minutes because while it may even feel good to her to have you 30 minutes in, the next day she could become very sore. So, never go longer than 30 minutes. But I point this out so you can realize that it can take a little while if she’s never had a vaginal orgasm before.

You know whats great? Once she understands what this feeling feels like. every time you stimulate her this way she’s going to know what’s she’s looking for and what it feels like and she’ll be able to come quicker and quicker each time.

How do you know that she’s actually had the orgasm?

When you’re inside stimulating her, at the time of orgasm you’ll feel the wall of her vagina come down and squeeze your finger, or your penis, at the time of orgasm. The vaginal wall will come down and almost flutter. Now, if she’s a woman who can ejaculate, she’ll ejaculate out of her urethra and you’ll see her body spasm uncontrollably and it will be very obvious that she’s having an orgasm. But not every woman is obvious when she has an orgasm. Some women have weak vaginal walls that won’t come down and grab your finger quite as much, so it’s a little bit harder to tell.

If you want to be absolutely certain whether or not she’s having an orgasm try this. Stick just the tip of your pinky inside of her anus and at the time of orgasm she’ll have a muscle contraction, and this is an involuntary muscle contraction that will squeeze down on your finger. And now you can be certain that she’s having an orgasm. but of course she has to be open to anal play in order to be able to do that.

OK, so that’s a basic overview of a G-spot and a real simple technique for you to get started with. As I mentioned earliest, vaginal orgasms can lead to female ejaculation or squirting orgasms. This is one the most powerful orgasms a woman can experience. It’s actually a full body experience with a release. But very few women are actually able to achieve these orgasms for a number of reasons. Actually many women don’t even know they can have these types of orgasms.

A little about what female ejaculation is…

Female ejaculation is when a woman actually comes so hard that she actually ejaculates during the time of orgasm.

This ejaculate comes out of her urethra, not from her vagina. Now, this means it’s coming out of her pee hole but it’s not pee. It’s actually the same consistency as male prostatic fluid because it’s actually coming out of the female prostate. It contains glucose so it has a little bit of a sweet taste.

But it’s certainly not pee. So as mentioned it comes from the female prostate which is also known as the Skeen’s gland or the periurethral gland, just different names for the same thing. It’s a gland that is actually a part of the urethral sponge of a woman and as you stimulate this side of a woman’s vagina the urethral sponge begins to swell up and begin to fill with liquid.

And once a woman orgasms that liquid gets pushed out of the female prostate down into the urethra and out during the orgasm. What often time happens is that the women who are lucky enough to have a vaginal orgasm will feel the urge to pee right before they have an orgasm. So what they’ll often times do is clench their PC muscle as if to hold back pee and the ejaculate has nowhere to go except back up into her bladder. When this happens she really only experiences one half of her orgasm than she could of, had she known to push it out. Once she pushes it out she’s going to experience the full orgasm and she’ll ejaculate and women can actually ejaculate quite far. It’s pretty amazing.

And then she’ll be able to have that release and experience the entire orgasm and feel it through out her entire body.

So that’s why it’s important to understand what a woman is actually capable of and educate yourself on how to to achieve these types of orgasms, so you can share them with your partner and absolutely blow her mind, and show her something that shes never even dreamt of.

OK, so this is just a great primer on female orgasms, and more than most guys know about how to properly stimulate a woman to give her a real orgasm. But the reality is this is just scratching the surface of what’s possible.

Authors: Use Alliteration for Illumination of Your Book Title

Alliteration is a very useful literary tool. Alliteration is simply defined as the occurrence of the same letter or sound at the beginning of adjacent or nearly connected words and also the repetition of an initial consonant sound, as in "a peck of pickled peppers." Incorporating alliteration into your book title can help people remember your work and it will stick out in people's minds. Here are a few examples of books with alliteration in their titles:

The Teeny Tiny Teacher by Stephanie Calmenson

The Magical, Mystical, Marvelous Coat by Catherine Ann Cullen

Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck

A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens

The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen

Love's Labor's Lost by William Shakespeare

The Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens

The Princess and the Pea by Hans Christian Andersen

Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury

Caesar and Cleopatra by George Bernard Shaw

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy by John le Carré

The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame

Roger Parker of personalbrandingblog.com explained on his website, "Sometimes the most important lessons in personal branding are the simplest ones, like using alliteration, or repeated" hard "sounds, to make the title of your brand-building book stand out and be easy to remember. " You want readers, fans, and your potential audience to enjoy your book's title. Alliteration can help that title roll off the tongue nicely. If your book's title is memorable and fun or easy to say, people will talk about it. The alliteration will stand out in conversation or in the review section of a website.

According to Mike Ball, author of 'Banjos, Boats and Butt Dialing' , alliteration can be a very effective tool for a humorist. Ball explains, "I rarely use it for serious subjects but judiciously used, alliteration is an author's best friend. Since humor is all about timing, alliteration forces the reader to participate in the timing you are trying to set up. 'Banjos, Boats and Butt Dialing' gets people to laugh before they crack the cover. "

As JRR Tolkien observed, alliteration "depends not on letters but on sounds." So the phrase know-nothing is alliterative, but climate change is not. "

Domey Malasarn from the website "The Literary Lab" feels that alliteration can belong in titles as well as within your book. "I have used it on occasion myself in places where I thought it was helpful. I might revisit it to "Alfred was angry." Because to me it pairs the subject of the sentence with his passion a little more powerfully. "

Puja Lalwani of buzzle.com explains, "The importance of alliteration should not be undermined as just another literary device that is beyond comprehension. as a marketing tool that will leave your product etched in the mind of the consumer. "

On the website, helium.com, Stella McIntyre perfectly outlines the benefits of using alliteration across various mediums. "Although most commonly used in literature, most particularly poetry, alliteration can also be found in non-fiction writing: leaflets, newspaper headlines, advertising and merchandising. can create connotations that significantly add to the understanding and enjoyment of a writer's meaning. "

The Bottom Line: Alliteration in book titles will help people remember your book title because it will help your work stand out and engage your reader before they even open your book.

Outdoor Solar Lights – Powerful Solar Flood Lights

The most powerful outdoor solar lights are incontestably the solar flood lights. They are efficient for properly lighting large areas, signs, monuments, trees and other architectural structures. They are strong enough to allow visibility from long distances. The most common use of solar flood lights is for security lighting.

Solar security lights equipped with PIR (passive Infra red) detector are excellent for perimeter security. The most common solar security lights come with either 18, 36 or 45 LEDs. These multi-purpose outdoor solar lights are easy to install and will not require you to run electric wires to an outlet. In daylight the solar panel collects energy to charge the batteries for night operation and a photocell controls the lighting sequence from dusk to dawn.

Solar flood lights come in two flavors:

Halogen

This is the first generation. Although they generate a strong illumination, these solar powered lights consume quite a lot of power. This impacts the operation time, therefore they need to have larger battery capacity and larger solar panels.

LED

The latest generation of solar flood lights comes with ultra-bright LEDs (light emitting Diodes). LEDs have an extremely long life-span and consume a fraction of the power needed by a halogen bulb, therefore these LED outdoor solar lights can run for a longer period of time with smaller solar panels and batteries.

Initially they can be a little more expensive than halogen ones but they are more reliable.

Wherever you need efficient illumination, these powerful outdoor solar lights offer a versatile solution and a great way to save money on your electricity bills.

Why Can not My Team Work – 3 Barriers to Team Success

Building a team is one of the most challenging tasks of a leader. Like building a business, creating a good team is a really tough endeavor that every leader must take upon.

One of the most frustrating things you can experience as a leader is to continuously try, but experience difficulties and obstacles in human relationships continuously.

Make no mistake, human relationships are everything in teams. After all, that's what teams are: people driving for a common goal.

There are several evident barriers to team success that are common to most teams; let me describe some of them. Hopefully, if you're struggling with managing your team, you can identify with some of these issues and realize it's a problem.

Three Barriers to Building a Team

1. Poor leadership

Everything flows from leadership. And when there's a problem in the team, usually, it's the leader's fault. Either he's not giving enough direction to his team, or he's not communicating enough.

Remember, when there is a problem with the team, look to yourself first. Do you think you've got enough instructions for your team to fully understand what you're telling them? Are you committed to your goals, and it came out through a speech that you save them?

If you're not sure, you can always ask someone in the team for feedback about yourself. Be ready for criticism; after all, you're asking so that you can improve.

2. Poor Communication

Communication is the key of life; and more so in teams. You need to have a lot of communication among the team members, and the team members with you.

With communication, you can eliminate a lot of misunderstandings, ambiguity and hence possible conflict from the team. A team with bad communication often has a lot of mistrust, politics and backstabbing. Everything is under the table, because nothing is bought up the table.

This often causes the dynamics to breakdown. Because information is not shared openly or constantly, the team can not operate at its full potential.

3. Poor Team Dynamics

Teams can fail because some people just can not work with others. For example, if you have two extremely opinionated team members in the team, you'll be seeing conflict all day. Also, if you have team members that are 'yes' men; people that are just passive and wait for orders, you will not see a lot of participation and open discussion in the team.

The thing is that, you must find the right mix of individuals to make a team; not just in terms of personalities, but also in terms of skills and abilities.

Overcoming these barriers are not just a simple task. I have learned from experience that it takes time to break any team through these barriers. Know them, and start dealing with them one at a time.
