Outdoor Furniture

Outdoor furniture that is also called as patio furniture or garden furniture is that type of furniture that is specifically designed for any type of outdoor use. It is made typically of materials that are highly resistant to weather. For example aluminum is a highly weather resistant material which does not rust at all.

The seating of outdoor furniture

This kind of furniture is sold mostly as a patio set that consists of four to six chairs, a table and a parasol. This picnic table is used for the main purpose of eating your meals outdoors. The long chairs are referred to as the chaise longue and these are also very common items. Recently the seating furniture has also been used for the conversation areas that uses items like the couches.

Materials used in outdoor furniture

The most common materials that are used in the making of furniture are wood, aluminum, plastic and also wrought iron. As the wooden outdoor furniture can easily suffer because of the exposure to various elements, it essentially has to be treated. Teak is also a very commonly used material for garden or outdoor furniture. It contains natural silica and this makes it highly resistant to any type of fungal decay. Most of the effects of water and also chemicals are put away because of silica.

When a Teak is weathered, it also loses its original look but in turn it gains a very majestic and almost a silver glow. Most of the owners prefer this aged look of the teak because it has the resistance to infestation and rotting. It can also be appreciated without much upkeep. The aluminum outdoor furniture is long lasting and robust. However if the coating that is protecting it gets rusted, it can easily corrode. The plastic furniture is water proof naturally, thus it can be left outside throughout the year.

This kind of furniture is used in households that have a good outer space such as a verandah. The people in such a house prefer spending their time on the outsides because of the fresh air that is in plenty. Thus they end up spending a significant amount of time outside. If you are one of these people, it is definitely worth it for you to invest in this type of furniture. You will enjoy their use and you will also end up breathing a significant amount of fresh air on a daily basis.

The World of Laundry Hampers

It can be very difficult to keep your home organized today, especially if you are living with children and teenagers. Thankfully, there was a brilliant mind out there who invented laundry hampers to help keep all of our dirty clothes in one place before we have to throw them into the washing machine. These wonderful devices are the saviors of our organization, especially when kids do not have a place to throw their soiled clothes and decide to use the floor.

Having heaping piles of clothes in and around your house is very unattractive, and it can lead to the development of disgusting smells if they are left too long. Laundry hampers help prevent the formation of odor causing bacteria, as they keep your clothes off of the floor, and generally contain a liner that helps fight the existence of moisture in between the articles of clothing. Not only does this allow you to keep your house looking and smelling better, but it also works to fight germ and bacteria growth, so you can keep your family safe. Bacteria and germs thrive exponentially in areas where there is dirt, warmth, and moisture, so if you are throwing your clothes on the floor of the bathroom instead of storing them in an anti-microbial hamper between cleanings, you could be breeding a multitude of microbes.

Apart from the practical applications of the laundry hampers, they come in a wide variety of designs to compliment the layout and design of your house. You can get hampers made out of plastic for a more durable and light construction, a hamper woven together out of banana grass, or a hamper that is made out of stainless steel for a more modern look. No matter what the design of your house may be, these hampers are available in many styles and they can help you decorate as well as protect and organize.

Printed Circuit Board Manufacturers and Why We Take Electronics for Granted

It's a pretty safe bet that if you're reading this you're using something containing a printed circuit board. It's also fair to say, however, that the average person does not really know what they are.

Basically, a printed circuit board or PCB is thin piece of board built from fiberglass or a similar substance, often a green color.

My first experience of them, and that of most inquisitive youngsters, was when I ripped them out of discarded appliances in order to, rather optimistically, build a robot. That seems an age ago but, incredibly, this modern marvel started out in the 1940s. Many revisions have passed since that time and PCBs have improved substantively since that time. Of course, the biggest improvements have been to ensure that they are probably smaller than they used to be, and this is most evident in that most ubiquitous exponent of printed circuit technology, the mobile phone.

More recent developments are less obvious though, one being to veer away from the traditional flat and rigid construction; recent technological advances mean that some new devices actually contain 'bendy' boards made from a broad range of flexible materials.

Printed circuit boards have a starring role in the very common electronic devices like computers and digital cameras but they are evident in a lot of more serious applications and specialist products like medical equipment and aircraft instrumentation. Its vital that the PCB manufacturers have very exacting standards as the PCBs are fundamental to the safe and reliable operation of this equipment. Printed circuit boards carry the lifeblood of the instrument within its circuitry and connectivity, including the product works in a similar way to how electricity in a home requires circuitry, wiring and fuses etc to keep it running smoothly.

There is a noticeable difference, however, with PCBs in that the board's circuits are made of conductive ink. Reputable printed circuit board manufacturers are specialists in all stages, from the design and prototyping to the mass production of printed circuit boards. And as shown above, it's of great importance that they are carefully made, with a keen eye including they come off the production line error-free and manufactured to function perfectly for many years. Because of this, the PCB designers and engineers' jobs contain a big responsibility and it's proof of their skill and aptitude that such inticate and elaborate circuits continue to function efficiently. Besides to the designer's skill, it's just as important that machinery of the highest quality is employed in the printing of the circuit board or the engineers work and diligence is wasted. Printed circuit boards ' are not just manufactured as single boards, although this is often how I remember them as a child. They can be produced with multiple layers from two to ten. Generally speaking, copper is the usual material for the circuit, seeing as it's such an efficient electrical conductor.

The key function of these printed circuits is to ensure the main processor connects to the various components within the device. A good example is the printed circuit boards manufactured for use in computers. The main circuit board, or motherboard, connects to the various smaller ones within that carry out the other related functions within the computer.

With so much vital equipment in our lives relying on the printed circuitry inside, PCB manufacturers must use the latest technology and ensure the products are strictly engineered to ensure they continuously manufacture the highest quality printed circuit boards. But without using the best raw materials, they would be able to meet the required high standards and using decent materials will ensure the circuits stay free from corrosion over the working life of the product.

Without high standards from our PCB manufacturers, the vital systems we depend on daily could easily stop working correctly.

Maximize Your Savings With A Retirement Plan

Most of us believe expenses reduction after retirement. However, soaring inflation and rising cost of medical care can leave less money in your pocket, forcing you to cut down on other essential expenses. With inflation running at 7-8%, your expenses will double every 9-10 years. Therefore, to remain afloat, you must ensure that your retirement corpus too doubles during this period. Indeed, one of the greatest financial challenges for a financially secure life after retirement is making your savings keep pace with inflation.

Only a good retirement plan can ensure that your savings maximize your potential income at a risk level you are comfortable with.

What is a Retirement Plan?

A Retirement Plan is a financial plan that takes into account your financial goals, current financial situation and risk profile to outline an investment strategy that ensures that you have sufficient income after you hang up your boots.

A comprehensive retirement plan factors in the following:

• Your current age
• When you should retire
• Your current household expenditure
• Lifestyle desired in retirement
• Yearly rise in cost or inflation
• The retirement corpus you will need
• The retirement income you will need
• The type of investments you need to make
• Your goals eg children's needs for higher education and marriage
• The tax implications of the investments
• Your housing needs
• Your life insurance and health insurance needs

Creating a Customized Retirement Plan

Since every individual has a different approach to life and priorities, an off-the-shelf plan or a standard one-size-fits-all approach can not work to meet one's unique needs. It is therefore important to create a customized retirement plan to your specific life goals; it does not matter if you are starting your career, planning retirement, near retirement or already retired.

The Indian Context

According to the recently released Principal Financial Well Being Index, Indians continue to put their family responsibilities first as children's education (61%), buying a house (52%) and children's marriage (42%) are still the top 3 financial priorities. Alas, investing for your post-retirement financial requirements does not seem to be a priority for many with the result that after the house has been built and children educated and resettled after a big fat wedding, many Indian couples find themselves financially strained than they were in their working years. Therefore, only a holistic retirement plan that takes into account your life-stage goals and family responsibilities in addition to your post-retirement needs is the way forward.

It is never too late or too early to create a plan to start saving and investing to generate an income that allows you to enjoy a lifestyle you are accredited to even when there is no salary at the end of the month. In fact, to leverage the power of compounding, you must start saving and investing in a retirement plan as early as possible.

A professional retirement planner can help you define your dreams, develop a plan to help you realize those dreams, build for contingencies and monitor your progress along the way. It is important to look for research-based advice and trust-led services with the proficiency of professional retirement planners to make the right investment decisions.

You Can not Escape It!

Stuck With The Counter Part of Positive Emotions? –

Rather than trying to develop a thick emotional skin toward beating off fear; a more effective (and emotionally healthy) approach is to seek an understanding why positive emotions are eaten by fear.

Our imaginations often and easily amplify our fears and can spring up from an immediate stimulus.

A young mother is excited and displays strong positive emotions about her young daughter attending her first day in kindergarten. Once the young child has been knocked off, and is out of sight, the mother's excitement and positive emotions begin to erode. Feeling of worries and concerns about her child rain down on her like a cloud burst opening up in the sky.

The imagination begins to conjure up horrific thoughts and pictures that we are exposed too most often by the media and personal life events. The visual image of a place or surrounding sounds can bring an amplification of negative emotion that seems to spring up out of now. In the case of the mother, after returning home, can have a negative emotion erupt upon hearing on television the news of a child that was kidnap that morning.

Its commonplace to find that for every positive emotion there is a negative counter part. The difference between what may be a normal day and a bad day is due to the emotional causes in our life.

Fear and its relentless brother, anxiety, is the core to emotional disorder. Fear and anxiety bring about ongoing problems because the conditions that create them are ingoing.

The question we all face is how we can cope with negative emotions if we can not control all the conditions around us.

Perhaps the best way is differentiating between rational negative emotions and irrational negative emotions: Rational negative emotion is based on an objective understating of a situation and is normal.

You have been selected for an interview by a new employer (your excitement about a positive emotion). But, then the negative emotions set in when you are not certain how to deliver an opening of your presentation to your prospective employer; you'll most likely experience fearfulness. Not being able to handle specific objections from your prospective employer may cause you to retreat from moving through the interview successfully. These negative emotions, many times originate from a simple lack of preparation, knowledge and experience.

Overcoming rational negative emotion is to plan, prepare and practice every step of the interview process. Including knowing as much about your prospective employer objectives and potential objections so that there is absolutely no area where you feel uncertain.

Irrational negative emotions are the most damaging when developed into constituents such as:

· Fear of rejection

· Fear of self-promotion

· Fear of the unknown

· Fear of authority

· Fear of change

· Fear of being foolish

· Fear of being harmed

· And a host of others

Irrational negative emotions are inner emotions that have little rational and require a different approach to resolving.

However, do not blame your feelings when the emotions of fear start to bubble up inside you. Your feelings are the symptoms of your problem. The real perpetrator is in your behavior or mismanaged emotional energy.

What is most important is that you consciously recognize the fear when it occurs. Then seek to understand its root cause.

That awareness alone will often minimize the fear and will also help you determine the most effective way to approach your problem. Unfortunately we are stuck with the negative counter part of positive emotion. The best we can do is to learn how to manage emotional energy more effectively.

A Quick Guide to the Female Genitalia

Being able to experience great sex is an important part of any relationship, and a relationship that experiences great sex is an important goal in your personal development. A greater knowledge of sex is necessary, since many of the biggest problems concerning sex and sexuality revolves around a lack of knowledge.

While knowledge of the male genitalia is reasonably straightforward, since most of the important parts for experiencing great sex are on the outside of the body and easily visible, this is not the case with the female genitalia, since the most important parts for her are on the inside of her body. So today I’d like to introduce you to the various parts of your woman’s genitals, hoping that this will allow you to understand what the different parts are and how you can use them to improve your sex life.

So let’s get started!

ON THE OUTSIDE – starting at the top, there is the mons Venus, the front commissure and the vulva, which consists of the labia majora, labia minora, frenulum, clitoral hood, clitoral glans, the vestibule (consisting of the urinary meatus and introitus), the fourchette and the perineum.

ON THE INSIDE – starting at the top, there is the pubic bone, the clitoral shaft, the crura, the vestibular bulbs, the urethral sponge, the urethra, the Grafenberg spot, the anterior fornix, the vagina, the cervix and the perineal sponge.

1/ The MONS VENUS, sometimes called the mons veneris (but I like Venus better) is the “love mound” of a woman and is situated over the pubic bone and above the vulva. It can be used in genital massage since it contains some erectile tissue under the surface.

2/ The FRONT COMMISSURE is a small area of flesh between the bottom of the mons Venus and the top of the clitoral hood. It is sensitive and will arouse your woman if you touch it. It is best used for positioning the upper lip of your mouth during cunnilingus (oral sex on women).

3/ The VULVA is the main area of the external female genitalia and encompasses most of the parts mentioned below. It is the focus of attention for both intercourse and oral sex.

4/ The LABIA MAJORA are the fleshy, outer lips of the vulva and are usually covered with hair. They are best used during genital massage and often cover up the labia minora completely or almost completely, while in other women, the labia minora hang down between them.

5/ The LABIA MINORA are the soft, thin, inner lips of the vulva. They are highly sensitive and movement of them can stimulate the clitoris. They can be touched with fingers, tongue or penis and this can be highly pleasurable to the woman.

6/ The FRENULUM is the point where the top of the labia minora meet the bottom of the clitoral hood. It is extremely sensitive and is best stimulated by the tongue during oral sex, although the fingers can also be used.

7/ The CLITORAL HOOD is the fold of skin that surrounds the clitoral glans and shaft. It is designed to protect the clitoris from too much stimulation. For this reason, women usually touch this during masturbation, rather than the glans directly. You can lick around this during oral sex to give your woman pleasure, as well as massage it between two fingers or roll it gently between fingers and thumb to stimulate the clitoral shaft inside.

8/ The CLITORAL GLANS is the centre of the universe for female sexual pleasure as far as the outside is concerned! It is best stimulated by the tongue during oral sex, since it is so sensitive. You can also use wet fingers (not dry ones) to produce a clitoral orgasm for your woman.

9/ The VESTIBULE is the area inside the labia minora. It runs from the frenulum to the fourchette. Everything within it is pleasurable to the touch for a woman and it is the main area used to stimulate a woman during cunnilingus. You can also use hands or penis to stimulate this area if it is pleasurable to your woman.

10/ The URINARY MEATUS is the small hole where she urinates. It is usually sensitive to digital (finger) and oral stimulation and often pleasurable to a woman.

11/ The INTROITUS is the entrance to the vagina. It is highly innervated with many nerve endings and has the urethral sponge at the top and the perineal sponge at the bottom, beneath the surface of the vagina walls. It is pleasurable to the touch via tongue, fingers or penis.

12/ The FOURCHETTE is the lower fold of skin that completes the labia minora at the bottom of the vestibule. It is sensitive and pleasurable. It can be used as a substitute for the front commissure when placing your upper lip on a woman to give her oral sex from behind.

13/ The PERINEUM is the space between the fourchette and the anus. Pressing here with fingers or penis will stimulate the perineal sponge beneath the surface of the skin, which will produce pleasurable sensations.

1/ The PUBIC BONE can be used for grinding during girl-on-top sex positions and it protects the female genitalia during intercourse.

2/ The CLITORAL SHAFT is inside the clitoral hood and is the part of the clitoris most women stimulate during masturbation. It feels like a thin cord that moves around inside. Massaging and touching the hood will stimulate the shaft to create a clitoral erection to turn on your woman for sex.

3/ The CRURA are the two “roots” of the clitoris that form a wishbone shape around the area beneath the surface of the labia majora. The extend down to the pelvic floor. Massaging the labia majora firmly will indirectly stimulate the clitoris via these “roots”.

4/ The VESTIBULAR BULBS are areas of erectile tissue surrounding the crura which expand when filled with blood. They can be stimulate by firm pressure on the labia majora from the outside. They are responsible for “puffing up” the vulva in appearance when the woman is aroused.

5/ The URETHRAL SPONGE consists of Skene’s glands that fill with prostate-like ejaculatory fluid when the woman is aroused. Firm pressure on the G-spot in a “milking” fashion and a “bearing down” by the woman as if she was going to give birth results in the fluid being squeezed out of the glands into the urethra, where it exits the body through the urinary meatus during female ejaculation. It is located above the vaginal opening and can also be stimulated from the introitus using the fingers.

6/ The URETHRA is a tube that usually delivers urine from the bladder to the outside of the body during urination. However, it is also used for female ejaculation to exit the ejaculatory fluid from the Skene’s glands. It is located within the urethral sponge (the sponge surrounds it on all sides, like lagging around a water pipe).

7/ The GRAFENBERG SPOT, or G-spot is not exactly a spot but more of an area on the front wall of the vagina some 2 inches inside the introitus. Pressing firmly on this with fingers or the penis will bring pleasure to the woman and give her a G-spot orgasm.

8/ The ANTERIOR FORNIX is an area deep within the vagina along the front wall, close to the cervix. Pressing firmly on this will produce an A-spot (or “deep” or “cervical” orgasm). It is best stimulated by two fingers, palm-upwards (the index and middle fingers).

9/ The VAGINA is the vacant space used during intercourse and filled by the penis. It consists of soft vaginal walls containing nerve endings that can cause pleasure. These walls feel ribbed to the touch when the woman is not aroused but smooth out and expand when she is. It can accommodate almost any size of penis, although lengths greater than 9 inches may cause pain.

10/ The CERVIX is a hard, tough, doughnut-shaped muscle with a hole in the middle. Its job is to let sperm into the uterus to fertilize an egg but not the penis. It can be reached by the middle finger when she is not around but moves way back during arousal. The penis bumps up against it during intercourse.

11/ The PERINEAL SPONGE is located on the back wall of the vagina close to the introitus. It is made of similar tissue to the urethral sponge. Placing the index finger on the perineum outside and the thumb on the sponge inside and massaging in this way will produce pleasure for the woman and an “anal” orgasm (even when you are not touching the anus).

So I hope this information will help you to find your way around your woman’s genitals and that it will improve your lovemaking skills so you can enjoy the amazing sex you’ve always wanted!

Training Or Teaching Websites – Part Four

If you have the skills to be a good teacher, trainer or lecturer you are already a very large step in front of almost everyone else. The need for high quality training online is insatiable. While this model of website that I am about to cover for you in this section is not really one that should stand on its own as a website type, I feel that it still needs to have a specific focus and be planned carefully from the beginning.

As I myself am still relatively new online I am part of a few websites and membership sites that are teaching me things every day. These website owners that I have learned to trust have such a wealth of experience that they really do fit into that joking category where we comment that they have long forgotten stuff that we do not even know yet.

I digress; the training niche online is a very complex and at the same time is simply the very basics of all online development. The internet training websites can be divided into two very distinct types of training facilities, those that teach traditional things that have been around for years and now simply do it online, and those that teach internet based items.

Either way these types of websites are extremely popular as they can be followed in your own time and at your own speed. They are drive very large by video which is a great medium for teaching and allows a student to rewind and repeat difficult sections that they were struggling with.

Equally the proportion of training products that are followed online and the ones that are downloaded and followed on your own computer off-line are probably about the same proportions. If you are a teacher or a trainer then you need to realize that the need for quality products and training online is so great and necessary that you almost have a head start that all out there.

There are a few main ways that training is promoted online and your method of delivery would be best suited to your style of training or you product. The first way would be to divide your product up into 6 to 25 modules and sell or promote it as a continuity course or as a membership website.

The second way is to write up your product as a complete report or product and promote it or sell it as a download-able product and then to gear your website to promoting and selling that product.

Another way to do training online is to offer the bulk of your training online for free and this will get you a large following and then promote products to those free trainees. Also also by allowing the free trainees to download products but then would have to join an email list where you would then promote up sell products to them from that platform.

So just to recap here this type of online business or website could be delivered in a blog form a membership site form a static PPC website platform and sometimes even a few more methods, but very still still training or teaching.

Err, just too really muddy the waters here but you could also use an online presence to do hard and heavy promotion of an off-line school or seminar system, so the training side of online websites can be very varied.

If these guys would really want to prove their expertise in the use of musical instruments such as the electric guitar, they might as well try playing with the Fender Jaguar. Well, it’s not like the Fender Jaguar is something new – it has been around since the 1960s – but even so, there are still a good many musical instrumentalists who find this type of electric guitar a puzzle to play perfectly. But for those who have mastered the art of producing music with a Fender Jaguar, they will find that it actually has the capacity to play just about any kind of music there is with stunning quality.

The Characteristics Inherent in a Fender Jaguar

Just what makes this instrument such a hard yet exciting musical instrument to play? First is the tailed bridge, which is so designed so that the guitarist will be able to adjust the spacing in between each guitar string. Basically, the purpose is to allow the guitarist more freedom to customize the sound to fit his needs. However, for those who lack experience, when they adjust the strings, they find that these suddenly jump or get out of position, especially when they are playing the instrument with force.

Another feature is called the buzz stop. This is basically a bar that is meant to enable the guitarist to adjust the strings’ angle on the back of the bridge, with the intention to minimize the buzzing of the strings. Still another is the string resonance feature, which sounds great but not when the guitarist intends to play stacatto. However useful these features in the instrument intend to be, for some guitarists, they deem these unimportant and just serving as a nuisance to them.

The Dimensions of a Fender Jaguar

For the classic Fender Jaguar, the dimensions are 44 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches by 4 inches. It has a neck that resembles a C shape, bearing 22 frets. As per the radius of the fret board, it typically measures about 241 millimeters, or an equivalent of about 9 1/2 inches. The length of the scale, on the other hand, measures 610 millimeters or an equivalent of 25 inches. As per the nut, the width is pegged at 1.65 inches. The weight, meanwhile, is about 15 pounds.

Other Fender Jaguar models include the Baritone Custom, the Baritone Special HH, and the Special HH. These models are distinguished as per the length of their scales. For the Baritone Custom, the scale measurement is at 28 1/2 inches. The Baritone Special HH is a little smaller, at 27 inches. On the other hand, the scale of the Special HH is just 24 inches long.

Garage Door Opener Repair Tips

Garage doors are an integral part of your house furnishing but unfortunately, most of the times they are left unattended to whenever a repair of the household is undertaken. Hence many people are faced with problems of the like of sticking or jammed doors, unwarranted opening of the doors or its not staying open.

As far as sticking or jammed doors are concerned, it is usually because of deformed frames or channels through which the door slides and they can be easily repaired without much hassle. Usually, with a simple toolkit of a hammer, a wrench a few nut and bolts and a screw driver, you can fix most of these problems by yourself. The erratic opening and closing of the door might be due to a depressed key in the opener control or there might be some problem with the opener circuit of the which can easily be fixed. But the problem arises when some major part of it develops a defect, for example, the gears of the door opener. In such cases, a more involved repair is required. Hopefully, the following steps would give you some useful insight about repairing and replacing the worn out gears in your opener.

You can understand if the gear has broken even though the motor is working properly and the torsion springs are intact. These gears, usually made of plastic, are among the weaker parts of the opener and can be damaged due to several reasons like old age, prolonged usage without maintenance, imbalance in the garage door or may be due to a manufacturing defect.

But, with a few simple equipments and following the instructions properly, you can change these gears on your own.

First and foremost, you should disconnect the electric supply to the garage door to prevent any chance of electrocution and also so that no one operates the door while you are working on it. Next, you should close the door manually and remove it from the pulley to ensure that the door does not accidentally hurt you while you are servicing it. Now you are ready to set about repairing your opener and replace the gears.

Now you need to open the retainer cap of the belt pulley and remove the sprocket. Now you can remove the chain or belt from the sprocket after marking its position and tape it to prevent it from getting twisted up and messy. Then remove the end covers, the drive gear, the retaining clip and the RPM sensor and also disconnect the motor. An assembly of nuts holds the motor to the shaft. You need to remove these nuts first. Once you have removed the motor from the drive shaft, you can remove the gear and replace it if necessary. Having replaced the gear, you need to start reassembling the entire system in the exactly opposite manner. Take care to see to it that each part goes into the right place to avoid any further problem with your garage door. Thus, we see that changing the worn out gears is a bit more involved. Hence, if you are not very confident about doing it yourself, you should call a professional garage door repair service to tend to the matter.

How To Cut-Down the Total Expenses of Custom Software Development

Tailor-made software became a must-have facet for every business delivering them advanced services and operational efficiency, giving way for competitive advantage in their industry segment. However, despite the innovative features and astonishing advantages, custom software applications have a reputation for being bit costly and painstaking at the pockets of startups and entrepreneurs. The mounting expenses are mainly because custom software development needs more man-hours and technical excellence than those mere off-the-shelf software. Perhaps, this is the reason for which companies feel customised projects are far out of their budgetary reach. Thus, here’s highlighting some of the strategies for enterprises to successfully curb the costs of customised solutions without compromising their quality.

Getting a clear vision for the software

A perfect vision is necessary to keep the development focussed and make the process easier and clearer. Companies need to document a clear-cut vision for the software, its end-to-end requirements for fulfilling the vision and present that to the developers hired for accurate estimation of costs. Further, mentioning all details and features desired in the custom software reduces the chances of any conjectures that may lead to unnecessary rework after the completion of development.

Proper planning

When an organisation fails to have appropriate preparations and planning for the software they wish to develop, the end solution delivered is either not satisfactory or bears the cost that is more than its value. To avoid any such chaos in the end, organisations need to present the scope of their software in the right format to make it easy for developers to plan the tasks accurately and quote the project confidently.

Cutting down some requirements

Not all functions are necessarily applicable or equally useful for your business processes. Many software products are later discovered to possess some irrelevant features, not suiting to the nature of the project but has raised its development as well as maintenance charges. Thus, it’s always wise to narrow down the software requirements to only the most viable and mandatory functions to drastically cut down the costs of development. Precisely, on realising the budget in hand and the possible limit to which it can be stretched, entrepreneurs must prioritise the software features, based upon the values each will offer.

Create while keeping future in mind

It is really troublesome to predict what the future is. The software developed today might not be fit to serve the precise business requirements then. While it is actually usual to find organisations asking for modifications and extra features repeatedly on the software, it successively adds up their costs on maintenance. Thus, when bespoke custom software gives ample chance for adjustments on client’s demands, it does help developers to have an idea of the modifications that may be needed in the software later. It gives them some scope to develop the software in a way that some of its elements can be replaced, updated or swapped out in future.

Going for a nimble software development company

Summing it all, enterprises need the assured assistance from a development company that will adhere to the above strategies and thinks about their budget reach while developing. One effective tip is to find a company with experiences in the alike domain and have affordable fixed pricing, giving them a deadline-oriented task and see their response. Testing the team always works well in reducing overall costs.

There are countless software development companies in Australia and around the globe, claiming to serve with the best solution in their own way but choosing one that will turn out to be friendly with budget terms is hard. These strategies are an absolute answer for organisations looking for cost-cutting approaches for personalised software development.

HIT Training Frequency

One often-misunderstood ingredient in a bodybuilder’s training program is the correct dosage of exercise needed for optimal muscle growth. In other words, the question of number of sets and reps and how often to train. The temptation is to follow the belief that more is better… if “x” amount of sets and reps are working, then more will work better-right? The goal should be to find the optimum amount of training needed to elicit the best results in both muscle growth and conditioning.

There are two points to consider, the first is the frequency of training for an individual muscle group and the overall rate of training and the effect that it has on the CNS, the central nervous system.

If your program is based on the high volume approach, and you are a natural bodybuilder, a small muscle group such as the arms should be trained hard once per week, with a more moderate session several days apart. This is due to the fact that your arms are involved in training every upper body part and receive a lot of work as a result. Larger muscle groups such as the chest, legs and back can handle a much more rigorous workload due to their size. Therefore, they can be trained pretty hard twice per week with the high volume approach.

When using a HIT, high intensity protocol, which is the type of training I specialize in, we must shift gears substantially. This method trains muscles with maximum intensity most of the time. About the only time it doesn’t is during intensity cycling, a period when sub-failure training is used to confuse the body to make the maximum intensity efforts more effective.

There are several stages of training, beginning, intermediate and advanced. During the beginning stage, small muscle groups such as arms are trained with 3-4 total sets and large groups such as chest, legs and back are trained using 4-5 total sets with sub-failure training. At this stage, it is more important to learn proper form in all of the exercises and not worry about making gains.

As soon as the exercises are mastered one moves into the intermediate stage where the set count is reduced to 2-3 sets for small groups and 3-4 sets for large groups. The number of sets used depends on the ability of the trainee to generate maximum intensity. It is best to train harder with fewer sets. All sets are taken to the point of momentary muscular failure, that is until no more full reps can be completed. In all exercises use smooth form with no momentum.

After training for 4-6 months, one progresses to the advanced program. Small muscle groups are trained with 1-2 sets while large muscle groups are trained using 2-3 sets total.

All sets should be taken to the point of momentary muscular failure. After that a high intensity variable such as forced reps should be used every other set to push the effort past failure.

Now that we have established the outline for progression in HIT, we will focus on the proper frequency of training. Since HIT taxes the muscles and central nervous system so much, it is often necessary to reduce the number of times that each muscle group is trained.

A trainee’s recuperation level must be taken into consideration as each person’s body has it’s own capacity for work. A lot depends on an individual’s conditioning and the intensity of effort put forth during training. Some trial and error will have to take place, but the overall guidelines are to train each body part once every seven to ten days.

After resting your muscles for seven days, attempt another session. If you are dragging a bit or the weights used during your exercises have dropped try adding an extra 2-3 days between workouts. Since you will be training each group once every 7-10 days, your body should be able to recuperate fully. Depending on your training split, the entire body should be trained in 2-3 sessions over the 7-10 days. This is enough to keep your conditioning high and your muscles growing both larger and stronger.

Now, let’s look at some sample training programs. The first one is a great leg program.

Leg extensions, 1 set of 15-20 reps to failure

Without rest, jump into the leg press machine and do:

Leg presses, 1 set of 12 reps to failure

Negative-only leg press. Load the weight approximately 40% heavier than you normally use in this exercise. Using the assistance of a partner, or your own arms, press the plate to the point of full extension. Using your left leg only, lower the plate down to the start position. Repeat this with your right leg and keep alternating legs until you can no longer control the downward motion of the machine safely.

The following is a great arm routine:

Incline dumbbell curls, 1 set of 8-10 reps to failure

With no rest, grab a pair of dumbbells for the following exercise:

Standing dumbbell curls negative-only, 1 set of 8 negative reps until unable to control the downward movement. Use a set of ‘bells heavy enough to allow you to get a maximum of 8 negatives. Have a partner lift the weights for you or cheat them up, then lower them to a count of 8, repeat.

Triceps cable press-downs,1 set of 8-10 reps to failure.

Make sure to keep your elbows against your sides throughout the exercise to keep the tension on your Triceps.

Close-grip bench presses,1 set of 10 reps to failure. After completing the 10 reps, have your partner give you just enough assistance to enable you to complete an additional 3-4 reps. These are forced reps and give you the capability to take your set past the point of normal failure which is a great way to hammer your Triceps to new growth!

Seated barbell or dumbbell wrist curls, 1 set of 12-15 reps to failure, followed by 1 set of reverse wrist curls, 12-15 reps.

You should get a real burn in your forearms after completing these two sets.

These training routines are a great example of productive HIT programs and give an example of a typical outline for a large muscle group and one for a small one. Other large muscle groups are chest and back. They should follow similar routines to what you did for your legs, just insert the appropriate exercises for each. Abdominals, lower back, traps and neck are examples of small muscle groups and should have routines that are similar in structure to the arm program.

Planned training layoffs

After you have been training for months, it is a great idea to take a break from training to allow your body to completely recuperate from the intense training. Many bodybuilders will tell you that you will lose strength and size, but in most cases you won’t. In fact, most if not everyone will gain some size and strength after a 1-2 week layoff. This is because many people are over training and need to rest their muscles so they have a chance to grow and recuperate. Another by-product is your body will no longer be used to the intense training and will begin to respond very positively once you resume training.

Your body is very efficient at adapting to stresses placed on it and quickly gets used to training at maximum intensity. By resting for a short time from your workouts, you disrupt the status quo and your body quickly adapts to your lack of training. Resting also allows your muscles to completely rebuild and reload with glycogen, creatine and other energy boosters.

After the layoff, when you resume hard training, your body will no longer be used to training and you will begin to make gains again, such as you had when you first began training.

Alteration of volume and intensity

As mentioned before, your body quickly becomes accustomed to high training intensity, usually in 4-6 months of steady training. When this happens gains in muscle size and strength will cease or at least slow considerably.

To restart gains, we must lower the intensity by taking our sets to the point of sub-failure-in other words- end our sets one rep prior to momentary muscular failure. We will also need to slightly increase our set count to reflect the lower intensity of effort.

A sample arm workout is as follows:

Dumbbell Curls-1 set of 8 reps

Supersetted with

Dumbbell Concentration Curls-1 set of 12 reps

Do two complete super-sets

Lying Barbell Triceps Extensions-1 set of 10 reps

Supersetted with

Cable Triceps Kickbacks-1 set of 8 reps

Do two complete super-sets

Do both super-sets with no rest between exercises and carry them to one rep before muscular failure.

Continue training your arms with this program for 3-4 weeks then cycle them back to maximum intensity by carrying the sets to failure.

In future articles, I will go into more detail on how to properly cycle intensity to stimulate new muscle growth after hitting a sticking point or plateau. Until then, continue hitting the iron!
