How To Fix The 0x0eedfade "Unknown Software Exception" Error On Your PC

The 0x0eedfade error is a big problem for many Windows PCs which are continually showing the message when they cannot correctly process software or settings that are on your system. The problem with this error is specifically that your PC will try and read the various files it needs to run your software, but will somehow have a problem that will prevent it from being able to correctly process the settings. If you find this problem is showing continually on your system, you can fix it by using the tools & methods which are going to repair any of the problems that your PC may have.

This error is basically caused by the “software” (usually Internet Explorer) on your PC being unreadable and unable to load up. The problem you’re seeing will likely show in this format:

  • “The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application at location 0x7c812a5b”

The specific cause of this error is that there will be some problem with the program you’re trying to load. The most common issue is that “Internet Explorer” will have third party plugins which are not loading correctly. In order to resolve the problem, you first need to disable any of the third-party plugins which your Internet Explorer application may have, as well as then fixing any potential problems on the Windows system itself.

The way to resolve this error is to first make sure that Internet Explorer doesn’t have any third-party plugins which are causing problems. To do this, you should click onto “Open IE > Tools >Internet Options > Advanced Tab > Uncheck “Enable Third Party Browser Extensions (Require Restart)”. This will then allow you to load up Internet Explorer without any other software programs to disrupt or damage it, which should stop the 0x0eedfade error on most systems. On top of that, it’s also recommended that you repair your installation of Windows by updating it and then reinstalling any other programs which may be causing errors.

It’s also recommended that you use a “registry cleaner” program to scan through your PC and fix any of the potential problems that you may also have with the registry database of your system. The registry database is a large central storage facility which keeps all the files, settings and information that your computer will use to run, and is used by Windows to help load up everything from your desktop icons to your stored passwords. One of the most common causes of the 0x0eedfade error is actually down to the registry being damaged and corrupted, preventing your system from correctly being able to read the files it needs to run. To ensure this is not a problem, you should repair any potential registry errors that you have on your PC by downloading, installing and running a registry cleaner application.

How to Install a Brick Paver Sidewalk

Installing brick pavers can produce a multitude of patterns and colors, all chosen by the DIY’er. There are just tons of brick paver sizes, shapes and colors available at home centers and masonry suppliers today. Make sure you take the time to visit several sellers before picking out the final products for your walkways. Installing a paver walkway is not very difficult but does require a good deal of manual labor. If the walkway is not directly adjacent to an area that the pallets can be placed when delivered, then the amount of labor increases as you have to move the pavers over a distance to the actual work area. This is the area of work where friends can be a great help.

Start your project by laying out the walkway itself. A garden hose is an excellent tool for layout if the new walkway will have curves. Layout the hose as close to the shape as you desire and then fine tune it until it is exactly correct. Using regular lawn lime and a paper cup, mark the hose location and that will be one side of the new walk. Wash the hose and make sure you wash the lime from your hands. It is great for lawns and eco-friendly. A handy tool you will use over and over is to cut a two by four, six inches longer than your walkway is wide. It can be used during layout to assure you have prepared a wide enough area for the pavers and then as a screed board to level the base sand under the pavers themselves. Now, remove the soil, gravel, earth, etc. from the walkway area plus at least three inches on each side. You want to excavate the walkway at least two inches deeper than the thickness of the paver stones. If you want the stones to be flush with the adjoining lawn or driveway, measure the stones thickness and add two inches and excavate to that depth.

Once the excavation is completed, you will place at least two inches of stone dust or concrete sand in the bottom of the excavation. Using your two by four screed board and a carpenters level, level the sand keeping it slightly higher than what you want the finished product. Once the sand is in place, a gasoline powered mechanical tamper must be used to thoroughly compact the sand. Keep in mind that the sand will settle when compacted and additional material may have to be added across the walk to attain the final finished compacted height. You want to be very fussy when doing this work. The final walkway surface will reflect whatever defects you have left behind in the way of dips or bumps in the sand. Make sure the compacted sand/dust is at least three inches wider on each side than the finished walkway width.

Using a string line to maintain the location of one side of the walk is always a good idea. If one side is straight the other side will follow. Start laying your paver stones in whatever pattern you chose. Straight line, lap bond, diagonal, herringbone or any pattern you can think of is fine. Work across the full width of the walk and if you have a helper using a wet saw, cutting and placing any smaller pieces will greatly speed the work. As you complete an area, install a plastic brick edge retainer strip along with the supplied ground nails or stakes. Holding the retainer as tight to the pavers as possible, drive the ground nails into the ground securing the retainer strip in place. This prevents any sideways movement of the pavers. Proceed with paver installation until all pavers are installed.

Using whatever material you used as a sub base for the walkway, cast this material across the top of all the pavers and using a good stiff broom, sweep the sand/dust back and forth and diagonally over the pavers forcing as much material down into the joints as they will accept. When using stone dust, many contractors will also soak the dust making it settle even more tightly into the joints. You must now run compactor back and forth over the entire walkway surface. The compactor will not only settle the sand/dust into the joints it also pushes the pavers down into the sub base locking them into place. Use some hearing protection during this phase as it will be very, very noisy.

Once the paver compaction work is complete, go ahead and replace whatever the surrounding area materials were. If it was lawn area, topsoil and seed the disturbed areas, burying the plastic retainer strip as you proceed. A brick paver walkway will last your lifetime and will become prettier with age.

How Chiropractic Can Help Kids Chronic Sprained Ankles and Pigeon Toes

Parents often become concerned when they notice their child running awkwardly, being “pigeon toed” (also known as in-toeing), or when they repeatedly sprain their ankles. Your child my trip or fall more often than seems normal, you may notice them rolling their ankles inward (AKA excessive pronation), or their foot may have a “hooked appearance”. There are three conditions which can cause these problems and depending on which condition and the age of your child they may require intervention to correct. The good news is that serious interventions such as wearing leg braces or surgery are not usually needed in these cases.

1. Tibial torsion – This is fairly common condition where the tibia or “shin bone” has not rotated into the position where it will be during adulthood. Tibial torsion is considered normal until the age of 7 years. However excessive toe-in between 2 and 7 years my warrant consultation with a doctor. Your child may have excessive pronation seen by weight bearing on the big toe side of the foot much more than the pinky toe side.

What your Chiropractor can do – Your Chiropractor can adjust a subluxated (misaligned) joints in the legs and show you how to stretch the proper muscles while strengthening others. Your Chiropractor may also be able to fit your child with custom shoe orthotics to help correct the excessive pronation.

What you can do – Buy shoes with flexible soles and good arch support such as athletic shoes. Also, getting your child involved in sports or activities which emphasize running such as soccer will help to strengthen the muscles of the legs and provide good muscle length.

2. Femoral torsion – This is similar to tibial torsion except in this case the femur or “thigh bone” is the one that is out of position. This is another common condition that usually resolves on its own by 8 years of age. Again excessive pronation may be seen as well as bowing back of the knees and an excessive curve in the low back.

What your Chiropractor can do – Chiropractic treatment will be similar to that of tibial torsion, adjustments/stretching/strengthening only focusing on the hip instead of the knee and lower leg.

What you can do – Again good shoes are in order. Sports in this case should include those that work out the hips such as bicycling, ballet, or gymnastics. Also, encouraging your child to sit cross legged will stretch the muscles holding the leg in a toe-in position.

3. Metatarsus adductus – This one is a little different than the other two in that it involves the feet instead of the legs. In this case the toe-in occurs in the foot itself. This condition is normal until 1 year of age is a common problem in school age children.

What your Chiropractor can do – Adjusting will focus on the bones of the feet and orthotics may be used if the problem persists beyond 7 years of age

What you can do – Gently stretching your child’s foot toward the pinky toe several times a day will help to loosen up the tight tissues.

In all cases, it is important to ensure your children’s shoes are well-fitting with plenty of room and no stress points. Also, having your child go barefoot more often encourages better motor control and position sense.

A note on Chiropractic adjustments: Many doctors, including those at Fletcher Hills Chiropractic use low-force techniques such as Activator technique that are much more gentle and less intimidating for children. Ask your Chiropractor what techniques he uses.

Brick House Colors – Transform Your Boring Brick Into the Envy of the Neighborhood

Choosing brick house colors is an important decision. Once you paint over the brick you are stuck with having a color on there for life. You will not be able to return to the original brick look, you will have to repaint if you are unhappy with your new look. This is fine since a lot of people do not like the look of brick. So here are some tips to help you pick the best brick color.

Choosing classic colors is a great idea. The color in this case would be red. Many people are scared by this thought as red can be very overbearing. The key is to use accent colors correctly to create a great design.

Do not be afraid to look to other houses in your neighborhood or town for inspiration and ideas. You can usually find a lot of ideas in older neighborhoods where most homes were built using brick. Row homes are another place to find ideas. You can find uses for trim and landscape accents, as well as see which colors work best for brick homes. You can use the design ideas you find on other homes and tailor them to your personal tastes.

Consider using paint to simulate the look of stone. Gray and brown shades are wonderful for creating a look like stone and the texture of brick will help to create a great look. Now it will not be a perfect simulation, but it will look quite good.

If you are unsure about painting your brick home, then just try accenting the brick and painting things such as doors, shutters, and window trim. As stated earlier, you can not just remove the paint from brick once it is done. By trying it out on the trim you can decide if completely new paint is for you.

It is a commitment once you decide to move forward. Stay with your tastes and you can not go wrong!

Common Defects Found in Timber From Timber Merchants and Their Causes

We’ve all heard the horror stories of timber arriving and only half of it being usable. We thought we’d have a quick look at some of the reasons timber can be defective.

Cupping.

Cupping is literally when tangential-cut boards experience shrinkage due to the growth rings swelling faster at the heart, causing them to bow. Radial-cut boards are therefore a safer bet as their shrinkage will be less noticeable.

Knots.

Knots are often a good indicator of the quality of the timber. The fewer knots, the higher the grade of timber. Knots are evidence of where trees have started to grow branches that got broken off (branch fail!). Knots only tend to dramatically affect the strength of the timber if they are “dead knots”, or knots that have become loose.

Shrinkage.

As the cause of cupping mentioned above, shrinkage occurs as timber continues to lose moisture content. The drying process increases timber strength, but continued drying often leads to shrinkage.

Bowing.

Imagine a sagging shelf. Incorrect storage or even the board’s own weight if ill-supported can cause gravity to pull it down in the middle.

Splitting.

Like the fraying ends of cloth, splitting starts at the end grain and carries on through the board.

Shakes.

When enormous pressure builds up under the earth, fault lines are present where the earth’s tectonic plates slip past each other due to huge pressures. In trees, when growing (either non-uniformly, or sometimes due to frost) or seasoned, the release of internal stresses, and subsequent “crack!” result in shakes. Shakes can go all the way through the diameter of a tree, making a lot of its wood hard to use. It’s not always apparent until sawing that this fault exists.

This is by no means a comprehensive list of timber defects, but covers a few of the most common you may come across.

Minimising Wastage

Of course, the more timber you have that can be used, the less wastage there is and the further your money goes. Timber that consistently suffers from any of the above defects delivered time and time again is going to give any company a bad name.

Some merchants will simply ship you out what’s in stock, no matter what state it’s in. Merchants that commonly do this aren’t usually concerned with repeat business and you might find you have a hard time getting things rectified, with staff not wanting to know.

A merchant that prides itself on delivering quality timber will have rigorous quality control procedures and mechanisms in place. These should include the timber merchant company buyers visiting the sawmills that the timber is imported from and hand-selecting the timber that they know their clients will be able to use.

Because this is a time-intensive process, prices may be a little higher from a reputable timber merchant, but you’ll be able to use 99% of the timber you receive, rather than 50-60% in some poor cases, for which you’ll end up paying more in the long run in time and money.

The Facts You Need To Know About Mud Bogging Trucks

If you are a fun off-road sports fan and you find it thrilling to have a good time, you can have a great experience by riding mud bogging trucks. These vehicles are popular particularly in Canada and the United States. Riding them is a very exhilarating experience. The mud bogging sport combines the thrill of racing, the fun that comes from off-road racing, the love of performance vehicles and the love that little boys have of playing in the mud, which many adults still have.

This sport was introduced in the 1970s when lovers of off-road racing started competing against each other in muddy, boggy and dirty areas that they could find and this was mostly in swampy areas of North Carolina. Mud bogging is now an organized competition since organizers of motorsports shows picked up on it. They started including large pits filled with mud for racing in their shows and the sport became popular for both racers and spectators. This popular event is usually arranged on a monthly or yearly basis and at certain places, the competitions are held on a weekly basis. These events are great for a weekend out with your friends or your family.

The goal of the mud bogging sport is to try your best to drive through huge mud puddles. The person who is able to drive all the way through a huge mud puddle becomes the winner. If a number of drivers make their way through, the driver who took the shortest time is considered to be the winner. These trucks are usually four wheel drive since it is not possible for two wheel drives to make it through the huge mud puddles.

Mud bogging trucks also have a strong engine that is able to provide the needed power to take them through the puddles. They usually have special modifications such as very large wheels so that they can be more efficient in accomplishing the task. The mud bogging sport continues to grow each year and competitors engage in interesting actions to ensure that they become winners. For example, they modify the body of the vehicles and some even alter the tires in certain ways.

Most competitors attach lift kits on their trucks, which serve the purpose of giving the vehicles the needed elevation that allows them to clear off the mud. The other common alteration made in these trucks is the installation of larger tires that have deeper tracks. They give the vehicles more traction and enhance the chances of a driver becoming a winner in the sport. These vehicles are also turbo charged and have nitrous injections. They are like monster trucks on steroids.

The trucks are usually very attractive since they usually have shiny and sleek bodies that are in the best conditions. They then battle out in the filthy mud and come out covered in it and even if one does not become the winner, the entertainment offered is great. Bog tracks can be of various kinds; some are open, others hilly and others flat. The length of these tracks can be up to 300 feet and this is usually determined by the amount of space that the arena allows.

Nowadays, mud bogging competitions are usually held along with events that feature the driving of monster trucks since the trucks are highly similar. Equipping mud bogging trucks with the right accessories is essential in ensuring that the trucks will be able to navigate through sticky mud puddles. You can start off with the tires by ensuring you get the tires that are able to handle deep holes filled with muck.

The best tires are those that contain aggressive treads. Spaced out tread patterns allow the truck to be able to throw out the mud better. Another helpful idea is to get larger and wider tires since the rig will be able to hold on to more ground. The other thing that you should do is to seal up the electrical system. You can use vulcanizing silicone to seal up exposed areas like the distributor and other engine parts that will fail to work if they come into contact with water.

The other component that mud bogging trucks should contain for increased efficiency is a bigger gear box. It will be able to push the tires better and you can choose to get after market gear box packages. After installing bigger gear boxes, you should ensure that you grease them well in order to prevent damage. You should also consider modifying the intake system so that it will not suck in water. One way to do this is through the installation of a snorkel system, which will make it possible for the intake system to breathe in fresh air.

The other modification that you can do to a mud bogging truck is to secure the radiator. You can move it to the back of the truck so that its chances of getting damaged are reduced. In order to keep it from getting overheated, you can connect an electric fan to it. To increase traction, you can get a set of locking hubs that will allow the transmission to turn the front wheels as they turn the back wheels. This will give the truck more power to move through obstacles.

How to Buy a House For Back Taxes, Dirt Cheap, Without Competition

So you’re looking for a smarter way to buy a property, either to live in, or to invest in. Congratulations. If you’re reading this article, it means you’ve leapt out of the “thinking” phase and into the “doing” phase, and most people never make it that far. There are many deals to be had, if you’re willing to do a little research.

You’ve probably heard that tax foreclosure property is a great investment, and you haven’t been led astray; but now, you’re going to learn how to buy a house for back taxes, dirt cheap, without dealing with the headache of competition. If you’re looking for a cheap property to buy for yourself to live in, stay tuned as well- this technique will work even better if you’re not an investor!

Right now, throw out everything you’ve heard or read about tax sales. If you’re smart, you’re going to figure out quickly that you can’t compete with all the big companies that will be clamoring to bid against you at the sale. Tax sale, be it for deeds or liens, is not a place for the savvy investor in today’s market. There’s a much better way for you to buy a house for back taxes: from the tax delinquent owner himself.

Most people overlook this strategy, which is why you’ll find next to no competition. If you’ve ever tried buying directly from an owner in mortgage foreclosure, then you understand why this is so widely unappealing to failed mortgage foreclosure investors. Frequently you can’t get these owners to return your call for the life of you– and if you do get a deal, then you have to deal with mortgage, the second mortgage, the back bills, the back taxes; but when you buy a house for back taxes, it’s a different animal.

Why?

Because these houses almost never have a mortgage!

That’s right. The mortgage company takes care of any tax problems to avoid losing their interest in the property. So you’ll find almost all these houses are free of a mortgage, or they wouldn’t be up for tax sale in the first place.

Another thing that might seem counter-intuitive is that the owners will almost always return your calls, and when they do, they’re eager to make a deal with you to sell to you, and for dirt cheap, just to get the property out of their name! This is because, as you’ll see, many owners of these properties aren’t people who are down on their luck, and are losing their homes. They’re people who inherited property, or absentee landlords, who have had it with this economy, and actually let the property go to tax sale on purpose, just to get rid of it.

This gold mine of owners can be hard to find, making them great prospects, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find how many of these owners are ready to hand over their deed for a couple hundred dollars to you, just because they’d rather see it go to a nice, small-time investor like you, than to see it go to the government. If you’re looking to buy a property for yourself to live in? Even better. Expect to find owners even more excited to give it to you- for almost no money.

Caring For Your Baby's Feet: What To Do and What To Look Out For

The human foot is designed for a lifetime of use and support. It can often be the difference between an active and enjoyable life, or one crippled by discomfort and limitation. Fortunately, most people experience only minor or temporary foot issues during their lifetime. The time in which the foot begins to develop during infancy and early childhood is vital to ensuring healthy feet during adulthood. This article will discuss some of the ways parents can ensure proper foot development, and what to look out for that could indicate a developmental problem.

The development of the human foot begins in the embryo stage, and continues through the time we spend in the womb. When a baby is born, all the components that a foot needs for proper function are generally present, with the exception of several bones that are only cartilage at that point. Overall, the complete infrastructure is there, and the foot needs only to strengthen, grow, and create bone over time. The body has an amazing ability to do this on it's own, and needs little external help. Parents do have the ability to improve this development, and can play a role in assuring proper development. One of the simplest ways to support this development is to let the baby kick and move their legs. Leg strength, muscle development, and overall range of motion will have a positive effect on proper foot function in the future, as a poorly functional leg will lead to poor foot function. To support this motion, parents should keep their babies uncured and unrestricted, allowing the legs to kick away. This improves and strengthens the hips, knees, ankles, and foot joints, and will help muscle mass and coordination to grow.

Likewise, little restriction should be placed on the feet at this stage. Infants who do not walk do not need shoes for protection, as shoes can restrict the natural development of the foot structure and internal foot strength. During early infancy, the foot is still somewhat pliable, and poorly fitting shoes have the potential of causing foot deformity. Once walking begins, shoes should still be avoided for a short while as the foot needs the pressure of the direct ground to stimulate strength and structural stability development. Of course, when walking on rough or hazardous surfaces outside the home, the infant will need shoes for protection. All walking in the safety of home should be performed without shoes to promote proper foot development. When shoes must be worn, they need to be properly fitted, with enough space for the foot to fit without being too big. Trying to shove a little foot into a tight shoe can be harmful to development, and trying to use a big shoe 'to grow into' can lead to instability and injury.

Walking should not be forced in an infant. There is no set age for the development of walking, as everyone reaches this wonderful milestone at various times. Parents should not use the timing of a sibling or a friend's child as a reference as to when their child should begin to walk, and simply need to let this process occur on its own, when the baby is ready. Given this, any lengthy delay in walking, such as 24 months, should prompt a medical evaluation to determine if there is a problem keeping the child from walking. This is unusual, however, and most parents should be patient and let their infant develop this ability on their own.

Other than allowing for motion and reducing shoe restriction, a baby's foot is easy to care for. Nails should be regularly and carefully trimmed, and the skin should be kept clean and dry. Socks should be worn when it is cold out, one must be careful to keep hair strands from wrapping around the little toes, as a long piece of hair could potentially strandulate a toe if wrapped tight enough. Sharp materials and hot objects like a space heater should be kept out of contact range.

One of the biggest concerns parents have about their baby's feet are the presence of any deformities that may lead to future problems. Serious deformities of the foot are uncommon at birth, and are typically not right right after delivery in the hospital. Some deformities do take time to be noticeable, but the most significant ones are more immediately visible. Infants can be born with a variety of foot deformities, most of which are correctable. These can include rotational deformities, such as clubfoot (rotation of the foot inward) or congenital calcaneovalgus / vertical talus (rotation of the foot far outward). Both of these deformities need immediate correction to prevent future degradation, and are generally successfully cured with casting and bracing or early corrective surgery to release tight ligaments and return the foot to a proper position. Extra toes are sometimes present, which can be removed later on for cosmetic appeal or to ensure proper shoe fitting. Shortly after birth, a condition called metatarsus adductus can be seen in which the foot takes on a c-shape, as the long metatarsal bones are rotated inward too far. This can be corrected with casting, bracing, special shoes, or surgery if the deformity is not addressed until later on in childhood. Some level of this deformity can be considered normal, although if it is noticeable externally it is likely in the abnormal range.

Once the child begins to walk, certain deformities can be seen that were not noticeable before. This includes heightened inward rotation of one of the legs, or less commonly heightened outward rotation. Also called in-pointing, this condition is not unusual. Most cases are simply due to uneven leg muscle development, and will resolve on their own. Some cases, however, are due to a deformity of the hip, the thigh bone, or the lower leg bone, and need either aggressive therapy and bracing to reduce the deformity, or surgery to de-rotate the involved bone.

As the child begins to walk more, one concern many parents have is whether or not their child is flat-footed. All infants with normal foot structure have flat, flexible feet. The arch structure slowly develops as the foot strengnthens. In the beginning, children walk flat-footed, and slowly reach normal arch structure as they begin to walk with a normal heel-to-toe walking pattern by age four or five. If the foot sees excessively flat in the beginning, or if the arch is not forming, then the child may be flat-footed. This is not necessarily a deformity in the strict sense, but due to our society's need for shoe use to protect ourselves from environmental harm (unlike traditional tribal cultures in natural environments), we tend to have weaker feet which do not accommodate well for flat feet later in life. Therefore, prescription arch subsidies are generally used in those with flat feet to prevent or slow future foot strain and deformities that form out of the instability of flat feet, such as bunions and hammertoes. Some children develop bunions and hammertoes very early, and these can even be seen during the infancy period in some cases. Corrective surgical treatment is generally delayed until the skeleton is more developed, and usually these deformities do not pose any early problems.

High arches are another deformity seen in childhood and infancy. This is not an uncommon deformity as the foot develops through childhood and addiction, and generally only needs better shock absorption in the shoes. However, the presence of this deformity in infancy and early childhood often companions birth defects involving the nervous system and muscular structure, although these diseases are often not first.

One final development cause for concern parents often have is when their child walks on their toes. Toe walking, as it is known, is usually a benign habit that the child must be encouraged to break. In this case, the child will be able to stand flat on their feet, but chose either consciously or subconsciously to walk with their heels off the ground. Constant reminders at home and physical therapy (in some difficult cases) can be used to correct this. Other cases are due to actual structural problems, including tightness of the Achilles tendon, spasticity of the rear leg muscles, or neuromuscular disease. These causes need to be addressed individually, and may need a variety of treatment that could include therapy, medication, surgery, or Botox injections.

As one can see, a baby's foot is a remarkable thing, and usually develops just fine on it's own. Parents find themselves in an excellent position to encourage this development based on this advice. Deformities that affect the foot's future ability to function properly are relatively uncommon in infants and young children, but can be corrected in almost all cases when they are present. As a parent, one should be vigilant for any abnormalities, but also recognize that the young foot needs time to properly develop and grow, and many minor early developmental concerns often correct themselves.

1 + 1 = 3 – Teamwork and Individual Success

Brian Tracy said: 'teamwork is so important that it is actually impossible for you to reach the heights of your capabilities or make the money that you want without becoming very good at it'.

Leverage is an important reason to combine resources and work in a team. Working together you can leverage other people's strengths, leverage your time, leverage other people's time and leakage all the resources that you have available to you.

What exactly do I mean when I say 1 + 1 = 3? – Maximizing resources to achieve a common goal and individual goals. That's what it means – every individual achieving their results and together achieving more through the common results.

Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishment towards the organizational objective is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results according to Andrew Carnegie. You can look at any team, whether it's a team in business, a team in sport, even the individual 100 meter runner, Usain Bolt, he may do all the running but he has a team of individuals around him who are all focused on him breaking records and becoming the fastest man in the world in any race that he chooses to run in. So everyone working together on that same vision allows the individual to be successful but overall as a team they succeed as well.

How Do You Make the Math Work? Interesting question! I believe there are four key things you can do.

1. Get clear on what the compelling reasons are for other individuals to work beyond achieving their individual goals and to contribute to achieving a broader goal or vision. These reasons need to move beyond reasons for the business or for you, there has to be something in it for them, that age-old adage of what's in it for me applies here.

2. Use the right language – engaging, persuasive and collaborative – language that helps people understand that it's all about how you work together.

3. Promises made, promises delivered. If you make a promise you have to be able to deliver it. There's no point saying to someone 'look, if you do this for me, I'll get you promoted', if you can not get them promoted. If all that you can do is make a recommendation, then be clear on that and say, 'look, if you help me with this, this will go a long way to getting you promoted and certainly I'll include it in a recommendation for that to happen '. So be very clear, do not over-commit and make sure you have a plan.

4. Nothing can be achieved without a plan. A vision without a plan is simply a dream.

Scaffold Towers

Scaffold Towers have been around for hundreds and thousands of years, dating as far back as the Egyptians using them for the pyramids, and the Chinese using them for the Great Wall of China, for use by people to build houses and all different types of buildings . Scaffolds are also used for repair on said buildings, cleaning, and other jobs that one may need to reach higher than one story. Scaffold towers are used on almost every construction site today, and are made mostly of metal, making them strong, light weight, and easy to assemble, compared to the wooden scaffolds that were used before the 1930s.

The smallest scaffold towers are approximately five feet tall, they are good for doing work on the outside of a house or other small building. Scaffold towers can get much taller than five feet however, and can be built to accommodate just about any buildings needs. The largest scaffold recorded was 650 feet tall, it was built around the New York City Municipal Building by Regional Scaffolding & Hoisting Company, and stood in place from the years 1988 to 1992. Another set of famous scaffold towers were the towers used to repair the Statue of Liberty, and they were just over 150 feet tall. Scaffolds are not only used for building, cleaning or repairing buildings, they are also sometimes used on apartment or office buildings, as fire escape routes.

Scaffolds can be bought through companies that sell pre-made scaffolds, which tend to be on the smaller side, or through companies that sell the parts to put your own scaffold together. There are kits with instructions on how to build particular scaffolds, or you can also purchase piece by piece and construct your own scaffold, depending on your needs and know how. Scaffolds can have little to no flooring, or they can have huge sections with floors on them which you can walk upon or set tools and other items on for your convenience. Always remember when you are around a scaffold tower, or using one, your safety is of utmost importance, always exercise caution and care. Please wear safety equipment at all times.
