Southern Palms Beach Club is at the northern end of Diani Beach and has 298 rooms in three stories. There is a large pool, sports and conference facilities and nightly entertainment. The Pemba Channel Fishing Club is situated in the tiny fishing village of Shimoni, 80kms south of Mombasa. A total of 20 guests can be accommodated in the simple white bandas set in tropical gardens. The Clubhouse has an attractive, homely lounge filled with wicker sofas and overstuffed cushions, with bowls of shells and lots of fresh flowers.
