This style of leadership allows partnership with the people but at the same time gives boundaries that will guide people and keep the order. It is necessary to look at all sides and all aspects of human behavior, situation and the problems that they face and then cooperate with the people in solving all these problems. With this kind of leadership, a group is bound to attain whatever goals they have set out to do.
