Wedding Workout For LEAN ABS

I know that working out can be intimidating if you have never really done it before. But I also know that you want to look your absolute best for your wedding, and the only way to do it is through weight-training.

Weight Training will give you a lean, tight, and slim body. It will also speed metabolism so that you can burn fat all day long. Weight training builds muscle, and muscle is the actual site on the body where fat is burned so the more muscle you have, the greater your ability to burn fat. So here is a sample wedding workout for you to work your abs. You can do this wedding abs workout 3 times per week. But make sure that you are working every muscle in the body … The Best Wedding Workout is one that that works the entire body at least 3 times per week.

I know I know … priority … you want your belly to be flat and your waistline small so that your gown looks absolutely stunning …. I totally understand !!! But also understand that your arms are just as important, so they must also be a part of your wedding fitness plan! You want your arms to look tight and shapely! So let's take first things first. I am going to give you a sample ABS workout so you can start your wedding fitness plan.

Below is your ABS workout for your wedding fitness plan. You can do this workout 2-3 times per week.

A1. 10-15 reverse crunches
A2. 10-15 stability ball side crunches
A3. 30-45 second stability ball plank

Perform 3 sets of these exercises in a circuit fashion with 0 to minimum rest in between each exercise. At the end of the third exercise rest for 45 -60 seconds and repeat it. To step it up … when you get stronger, perform 15-20 reverse crunches, 15-20 stability ball crunches, and 60 second plank.
